The host

Noise from other people. It felt like a collage dorm with a connected kitchen. During the night and the morning families with kids would make a lot of noise. I didn't feel comfortable with the proximity walking by my room, nor could I get a good night rest, because of the noise. Not sure this could be completely fixed except with some noise cancelling foam, but the least that could happen would be that there is some rules on when guests need to be a bit more considerate in their volume. Elevator has a bad smell. Granted it wasn't a lot of stairs, but just wondering what even was that smell. Took suitcase down the stairs rather than use the elevator. Smaller issue more as a bonus than the two strong eeks above: Its a pretty small room for 70€ per night.

Very friendly people, good breakfast, quiet place. It is around 25 min walking to the centre, and I believe you also have bus very near. We were walking because we really like the buildings, and the quiet atmosphere at morning. Everything really, really nice.

It was perfect time in Verona. This flat is situated verx near to city center so you can get there by walk in 30 minutes or by bys in 10-15 minutes) Milena is really nice and we had a nice chat during breakfast she prepared) absolutely recommended !

Milena is very kind and punctual woman. Very attentive to every detail. The room was clean, even bottle waters in the minibar were for free. very helpful. The room and Bathroom were clean.

Very convenient. Good bus service into city. Nice not to be in the centre where there are so many tourists. Fantastic pizza place next door.

The location is pretty good. It's about 20min away from sightseeing on foot. The self checkin was great and appreciated because you can arrive whenever and no one is waiting for each other. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices. The host was beyond pleasant and nice to talk to-gave us great tips for what we wanted to see next.

The street parking is free around the place but it very much depends on your luck as to where you will find it. We had to circle a bit and then found one spot 2 streets down. The car was safe but it was rainging and we had to drag the stuff to the accommodation. It's not a deal breaker but something to take into account if you are a stickler for convenience. The room we stayed in had a queen bed and a type of pullout bed. The queen was fine and the pullout had two mattresses so was fine too, but I am 1.78cm and my feet were dangling a bit. Anyone taller would likely not enjoy it, so keep in mind depending on your situation.

The breakfast was delicious and Milena was a great host and very kind. The accommodation 35 minutes walk from the city center.

Our stay at B & B Fablas was wonderful! Milena was very knowledgeable and helpful about recommendations for attractions and restaurants. There was a good variety of for breakfast including both sweet and savory items. The location of the B & B was not in the city-centre or old town which was nice as it was quiet and residential. Parking on the street (free) was not a problem and was a key reason why we chose this place. It was located on a bus line that gave easy access within about 15 minutes to the old town area. Once in the city we walked everywhere.

Perfect host: friendly, helpful, professional. Nicely decorated, spotless room, with absolutely everything we needed: comfy bed, drinks, kettle, balcony, safe and so on... Tasty and varied breakfast: sweet, savoury, gluten free options, 4 types of milk, healthy options and great coffee. Nice and quiet location, not central but just few meters from the bus stop and from there it takes only 15 mins to reach city center and 20 mins to main train station. Amazed by check in system! Smooth and easy! Overall a excellent day... I'd recommend!

The room was small, but comfortable, with everything you need. Public transport is just a short walk away to get you to the city center. Milena is amazing host, who will always help and suggest best places to visit.

Really nice place with good breakfast. Very clean.

The bed was somewhat hard and very very creaky. Fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition.
