Nothing :) Upon arrival the building does not look as "attractive", but the inside of the apartment is very nice.

Truly wonderful stay! Very nice apartment with air-conditioning. Good shower. All very clean. Very friendly, helpful host who gave us a lot of information about restaurants etc. He did not mind us leaving our suitcases on the last day as we had a late flight. The breakfast was in a nearby restaurant and also very nice. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants (and nicest area in Milan for a drink next to the water) and very close to metro, but you can also walk to the centre (+/- 25 min). I would truly recommend this B&B!

The location is unbeatable. Just a few steps from the Naviglio grande. The private parking is great too. The room has everything you need and everything works. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

The host was really nice, we arrived due traffic jam very late and he was still awake for us. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bed was relaxing good :). The district on the canal is beautiful, a lot of bars and restaurants, the tips from the host were also great. The breakfast at IPER was great, a wonderful place to stay maybe for a coffe longer.

We were really satisfied with this flat. Nice and clean room with big bathroom. Alex gave us all information we needed and also usefull tips, he was very helpfull. Flat is located in good area. One minute by walk to the canal and all the restaurants. Thank you.

Nothing, everything was great.

Alex was very kind and friendly, he gave us a good number of things we could go and see. He also recommended restaurants for us to try in the nearby area. We very much loved every restaurant we ate he suggested. The room was spotless and also very spacious, the bathroom had a very good size too and the shower was amazing. He had tea and coffee on the table pretty much everyday for us to drink while we were there. He even had some chocolate and bottles of water for us. The bed was perfect! It was one of the best beds I have slept in during a holiday. I recommend this place 200%

Perfect location, close to the main road in Navigli. The host is very kind and the apartment was perfectly clean. The apartment was cleaned every day. Nice breakfast included in a cute bar down the road.

NderfulDIYou Need To Be Prepared That This B&B When You Arrive May Not Have The External Appearance You Were Expecting And Be Mistaken That You've Arrived At The Wrong Address. Our Friendly And Helpful Taxi Driver Rung The B&B, Because He Thought He Had Arrived At The Wrong Address.But No There Was Alessandro Standing In The Archway To Greet Us. The Archway Is A Small Yard Which has A Car Garage Workshop, Repair Centre. We Was Not Prepared For This And Iur Room Overlooked This Garage On The First Floor. Having Said This There Was No Noise From The Garage During Our Stay And Certainly Didn't Dampen Our Mood. Once In Your Room You Soon Forget About The Workshop Below Because The Room Certainly Made Up For Any Negatively On Arrival. Also The Area Is Littered With Graffiti, But Then Again Most Of Milan Is To But This Wont Distract What A Wonderful Stay We Had During Our 3 Days.

The Host Of This B&B Alessandro Made Us Feel Very Welcome On Arrival. Our Room Was Just Exceptional, Very Modern, Very Clean, Everything You Wanted For Our 3 Night Break. Alessandro Went Out Of His Way Telling You Everything We Wanted To Know, Like Best Places To Eat, Where The Nearest Metro Was, And Places To Visit Near By. A Fantastic Host. The Canal With All The Bars And Restaurants Are Just Literally Around The Corner And Really Has A Fantastic Charm About It Especially During The Evenings With Food & Drink At Very Reasonable Prices. You Can Get The Trams Or The Metro Into Central Milan Very Cheaply, Or It's A Very Nice 25 Minute Stroll Which I Recommend As You See So Much More With The Really Nice Architecture En Route Passing All The Stores And Shops En Route. Would We Use This B&B Again. 🤔 100% Yes We Would.

The host Alex and the neighbors are friendly in provide directions and info about the nearby attractions. The bathroom is clean and nice! Also, the breakfast provided near to the bar is nice too.

Nothing! One thing to note, there is a set of steps going up to the properly which was no problem for us but tricky if you have bad knees or extra heavy luggage. Alex helped us with our luggage, though.

What an amazing host! Alessandro welcomed us and provided more than what we expected from a list of restaurants to delicious snacks to go with our espressos. Plus, this location is by the Naviglo Grande which comes alive from noon to midnight from the rows of restaurants and bars. You won’t go hungry at all! Very close to the Porta Genova M station.

Room clean and comfortable in very good localisation not far from metro station, cleaned daily. Kettle and small coffee machine in the room. Very kind host. Check in and check out without any problems.
