There were some ants in the bathroom. The kitchen is quite small so if all guests want to have breakfast at the same this they won’t fit in the space - it was not a problem for us but something to be aware of.

We stayed at B&B Easy for just one night. The check-in was very easy. The location is excellent—very close to the Piramide underground station and the Ostiense railway station, which offers convenient connections to the airport. There’s also a bus stop right across from the apartment with buses to the city centre and the Vatican walking distance to Trastevere. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in the one with a private external bathroom. Communication with the host, Maurizio, was excellent—he was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The neighbourhood is lively and well-served, with shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and a fantastic gelateria right next door. Breakfast was varied and delicious—we especially loved the fresh croissants and the coffee with the various coffee machines available. The kitchen was very clean. Loved all the gadgets!!

The environment is beautiful, organized and clean. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of food to choose from and is available at any time of the day, and the food on offer is very tasty. The room follows the same standard of organization and cleanliness. Maurizio was very attentive, as well as being friendly and welcoming, he was very good at anticipating our needs as travelers. The bathroom was well equipped and clean too. The location is great and it was super easy to get around Rome. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Rome.

Maurizio is very nice, he is always helpful. Rooms in a tenement house, a good solution for access to the building and apartment. Very strict hygiene standards, The location it’s great, close to public transport and train station. We even walk from Vatican and Trastevere. There is a lots of nice restaurants, cafeterias around.

This has been my first choice for accommodation when visiting Rome over the past couple years. I love the location with its proximity to the Metro to downtown and the train station for getting to and from the airport. The rooms are well thought out with usb charging galore and there’s a shared kitchen area with good quality automatic espresso machines for that morning caffeine necessity. Maurizio is a friendly and helpful host to top it all off.

Maurizio, thank you so much ! Everything was perfect. The place is very clean. Room gets cleaned every day, towels and bedsheets changed every second day, There is coffee machine & filtered water available at all times. Space in the fridge for your fresh food and Italian breakfast included in the price. Location is great, close to the centre. We walked from Orange Gardens which are next to Circus Maximus at the back of Forum Romanum and were surprised that it was so close. Supermarket, ice cream & restaurants literally across the street. Maurizio provided links to places to eat & visit, which was very helpful. We would definitely recommend a stay in B & B Easy!

The host was friendly and was easy to communicate with. There are plenty of sweet snacks for breakfast, and the kitchen is available 24 hours a day. Cleaning is done daily, and bedding is changed every other day. Very clean facilities. The location is very close to public transport.

We stayed at B&B Easy – and yes, it really was easy to get to! The location is excellent, especially for getting around Rome. We managed to see the whole city in one day using public transport, and I highly recommend getting the 24-hour Rome travel ticket. There are loads of great food options right by the B&B, so you won’t go hungry or waste time wandering. You can also walk to the Colosseum and nearby gardens – a lovely bonus. Maurizio, our host, was fantastic. He helped us from the moment we landed and gave great local recommendations. Honestly, this place is a 10/10. I only stayed one night, but I wish I’d booked the whole week. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Rome.

The details of the room and bathroom were really well thought out, such as make up remover and air freshening spray in the bathroom. Maurizio also kept a very well stocked kitchen. We had access to juice, fresh milk, coffee, and cake at any time in the kitchen. All this was a bonus surprise that we had not expected but really appreciated.

I was very suprised at the extras for this economical room: A dedicate refillable water bottle for each room, generous top quality snacks in the breakfast room, my own refrigerator shelf, a fresh cornetto in the morning. a coffee machine making espresso or cappuccino. I didn't expect all those luxury extras. Nicly done Maurizio, I really felt pampered!
