A comfortable B&B with a lovely host in a quiet street. Great location for Ostia Antica and Fiumicino airport. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with cake, cereal and coffee

We missed having a fridge to cool our water.

We loved the house. It was rustic. It was quiet. We had a lovely breakfast. The lady was Italian, could jot speak English, but she knew to use the translator. The room had a big balcony that we enjoyed. The breakfast room was impressing, lots of old objects to analyse.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The room was very clean and neat. Breakfast was sufficient and I was served a nice cappuccino to go with my pastry and yogurt. I like the location very much. It was easy to park and felt very safe on a wide street with little traffic. Yet it was also very close to the main part of town with restaurants and cafes. It was a short and easy walk.

We had a large comfortable room with air conditioning- vital in the heat of a Roman summer! Breakfast is held downstairs in a quaint and pretty kitchen. The cappuccinos were excellent. Staying in Ostia Antica is wonderful- the property is minutes away from the most AMAZING archaeological park. Breathtaking in scope and detail. I feel this B+B offers excellent value.

Everything was wonderful! The bnb was charming and full of character, the pillows especially were SO comfortable, the garden was peaceful and beautiful. The host is very kind and made a delicious cake for breakfast. It is a short walk to the archaeology site.

Room lock and front door lock were sort of tricky with the keys, particularly the front door lock. For the front door had to pull on the door at the same time as turning the lock.

Location was handy to bus and Ostia Antica Archeological Park. Friendly proprietor. Nice breakfast room.

I have no complaints

Our friendly host met us on arrival, showed the facility, and made sure we were comfortable. Some special requests were easily accommodated, and advice about nearby attractions was offered. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, with barista service from our host.

Depending on landing direction, some air plane landing noise with the windows open. There was air-conditioning.

it is close to the airport so this could be disturbing depending on landing direction - we were lucky that traffic was calm dawn after 21.00. You can also hear other guests from nearby room, and we also hope that we didnt disturb them too much by our own noise. Noise protection could be better, but it is older house.....but those are just minor minuses

Accomodation is situated in calm area of town in garden houses quartier 15 mins from Archological site. The owner is very friendly and even she didnt understood to much english and we do not speak Italian we were able to negotiate all both side needed:-) She was very kind and caretaking. Rooms are quite big well equipped, clean, AC + heating. Breakfast was rich but it is Italian style - so sweets, cornflakes youghurts so do not expect eg. english breakfast. We can highly recomend this accomodation

Shower stall very small. City tax was posted at 2 euros each, advertised at 3.50 euros each, charged 6 euros each per day.

Close vicinity of the Ostia Roman forum, subway, restaurants. The owner was very hospitable, good breakfast, quite location, easy parking

Booked it to be close to Ostia Antica (walking distance) and the airport. The owner was so helpful, stored my bags when I arrived super early, booked me a taxi for 5:30 AM, and packed me a small breakfast bag since I was missing breakfast. So nice! And the place itself is charming, I enjoy the style and enjoyed dinner on the porch.

As is common in Europe, walk up stairs with suitcases, but this is an older building. Wifi was a bit iffy.

Handy to airport to drop hire car off. Walk to little shops and restaurants and antiquities area. 10 minutes to Ostia beach by car. Train line not too far away. Lovely breakfast. Host was very nice and obliging

The owner is very kind, but her English is limited- which made communication a bit difficult. We should learn Italian, as we are in Italy- so this is not a criticism of her by any means. But if you do not speak fluent Italian, it can be challenging. Also, the water coming out of the sink has grit in it. Our hands were gritty after washing them, and we couldn't figure out why. Then, I realized it was coming out of the water faucet. That was a bit odd. So be sure to have a bottle of water with you.

Location is excellent for visiting Ostia Antica. It is also much closer to the airport than Rome. The room was lovely- like staying with family.

Great place offering everything you would ask for, whose location is perfect if you either plan to visit Ostia Antica and/or go the the international FCO airport. The room was large, clean and quiet. The breakfast offered homemade pastries which were delicious

Very clean and comfortable. The lady who greeted us was very nice and made us feel welcome. She ordered us a very early morning taxi to the airport. We were only staying overnight and because of the early morning flight, missed out on breakfast which I’m sure was great.

Nothing, really. It's a modest B&B in the old style, within walking distance of the small town of Ostia for dinner. The owner is lovely and makes a good breakfast.

Breakfast was lovely and homemade. The location is perfect if going in or out of FCO the next day-- you're away from the airport enough, and near the exceptional ruins of Ostia Antica.
