We were alittle hesitant upfront with the treasure hunt for the keys. Also, we arrived 10 minutes before the deadline and still noone met us. The lack of personnel contact is the ONLY critique.

Location was fabulous! Especially when we discovered the cut through to Piazza del Erbe. Really liked the anti room with the closets. Also the welcoming foyer and the A/C.

Only small picky things. Overlooks Piazza Erbe which is great but it can be noisy until 2am. So close the windows but we prefer windows open. The air conditioning is very good though. It is perfectly comfortable but if you want to get to sleep by 11-12 pm be prepared to close the windows. More space for hanging damp towels More hooks for clothing etc

Slightly tricky to find initially as no indication outside the building where the suites are located. However a quick phone call and all was good. We were early.

Everything was absolutely gorgeous (location, room quality, bed comfort, spectacular view from the room, proximity to restaurants, shopping, local must-see sites, etc.). Bonus tip from our host to visit Lazise was greatly appreciated!

Everything was great.

Location was brilliant, right in the heart of Verona but was quite, clean and we felt very safe. Room was beautifully rustic but had all the comforts including a clean bathroom and AC.

There is really not much that could have been better. There was some hair, I gues from the previous guests shaving, left on one of the soap dispensers. Apart from that the bedroom and bathroom were clean.

The location is simply amazing. You have a beautiful view of the old city center square (Piazza Erbe), directly from your spacious bedroom. The suite we had is high up in the building. The space has this lovely charm of an old Italian house. The room was furthermore very spatious and the staff nicely decorated it for our 1 year anniversary. Please see the appended pictures. Unfortunately, I forgot my phone at the place, which we only noticed after we already boarded a train to Bellano at lake Como. However, this was not a big issue as our hostess quickly send it back using a courier. Thanks again for that!

The bed could be comfier and the shower was luke warm on the first use, but it ran hot from day 2 onwards.

Best place to stay in Verona, it's perfectly located and has beautiful views of the Piazza. The suite itself was gorgeous and we were never interrupted by housekeeping or any unwanted noise.
