We had the best week in Bari. Ivana made us feel like at home. She was an amazing host, always willing to help us with anything we needed. We also got great restaurant recommendations from her. The location is also very good, near the train station, so it’s very convenient, if you want to travel a lot and not only stay in Bari. Would definitely come back. Thank you so much once again.

Room comfortable, clean and with lots of space. Location good not too far from Bari Vecchia. Ivana is very nice and helpful with lots of information about the city. Vert good job, Ivana!

The property is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations.

There was mould in the bathroom and on the walls. There were disturbances as random people from the other rooms tried to enter our suite. The breakfast is very basic. The hot water ran out quickly.

The location is great close to the train station and town centre. Our host Ivana was excellent she definitely makes the stay here very comfortable and friendly. She is super helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. We would stay here again for this alone!

the room, the bed, the bathroom...cheap and cheesy

Location near the train and bus station is very good if you want to travel to nearby places or towns. Moreover, trains and buses from the airport stop here as well. At the same time, it does not take you more then 10 - 15 mins to walk to the city centre. The room was clean, there was a hair dryer and electric kettle available. As for breakfast, usually it consists of a croissant with jam, coffee and juice. To be honest I didn´t wait for the breakfast since I usually left before 8.30 am when the breakfast was served by the host. I also find great that you can check in anytime after 10 or 11 am.

The room is really basic (bed, some shelves and a bedside table) but sufficient.The only problem is that iit is a little bit noisy. Both the windows and the doors are quite old, My room faced the street (which is quite busy - people, cars, buses) so it was not possible to open the window or the window shutter. It is actually organized as a flat - one room shared by everybody (electric kettle, tea and coffee available there)) and the rooms situated round this room (maybe, not all of them - I don´t know exactly). It means everybody can hear when there new tourists arrive (at night or early in the morning). If you are a light sleeper, I think this is not a suitable option for you. If you want to travel round and get to know the area nearby, it is perfect accommodation for you.

the location is perfect, 2 min walk to the train station, and 15 min walk to Bari Vecchia or the beach. and the host Ivana is very very helpful.

It’s 5 min walking distance from Bari Centrale and about 20 min from Bari Vecchia. The room was easy to access and Ivana the host stayed up late until 11:30 p.m to wait for us. She is super friendly and welcoming. She can give you advice about anything and she makes really good coffee. The room is equipped with towels and toiletries and you can ask Ivana about everything. She will prepare breakfast for you and you can eat it in your own room if you’d like.

The pillow was a bit hard for my neck. There is a bit of noise in the weekend coming from the night club downstairs which I was told are not respecting the law regarding noises late at night. The property is constantly making formal complaints about this

Very good location, close to the train station,to groceries and to cafés. Clean room, early check-in and late check-out options. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. Downtown is 20 minutes away on foot.

Our room was facing the street, which was very loud. If you open the window, the people from the street will be able to look into the room. There’s no table in the kitchen to eat breakfast on.

Ivana was an amazing host. I couldn't ask for more... She was like a good friend.. like a family member, taking care of our breakfast preferences every morning. We got the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We will definitely be back soon.

We liked everything

Ivana was a very nice host. Our stay was great as Ivana was very nice and accommodating. She brought fresh pastries every morning and made us coffee while chatting. The location is very convenient if you plan on making day trips using public transport (bus/ train) as the station is less than 10 min away.

We were expecting to get two serpente beds, but she explained this arrangement is not available. Our room was facing the street so not ideal for light sleepers, and we’d recommend bringing some earplugs juts in case.

The house was very clean, the room big and the bed and pillows very good. The location was great. Ivana was really great, she helped us with the late check in responding very quickly even though it was passed midnight. The next day she was present early in the morning for breakfast and helped us also with a late check out that was very very convenient for us.

The night we arrived it was a loud noise coming from the bars near to the house, maybe because it was Saturday night, but this has nothing related to the owner and the managing of the facility.

Price, sometimes noice from the backyard

we chose this place because it is located outside ZTL and close to the Bari Vecchia (a 10 min walk); the lovely Ivana, who was waiting for us at check-in, was also the person who saved our day because we were not so enchanted with what we found there - somewhat austere and improvised accommodation

our simple, basic room (!) faced the street and was therefore noisy late at night and early in the morning; the Italian-style breakfast was poor, just a croissant and a coffee, nothing else; parking here is difficult as the street is very busy so you should consider paying 20Euro/24h at the secure underground car park, just 200 m away

Very friendly and patient staff. Clean room! I arrived very late due to delays, but it wasn't a problem. They were very accommodating. The lovely lady who cleans and does the breakfast had some great tips and was very caring.

The bed was comfortable and the bathroom facilities were good. Pleasant decor. Ivana, the manager, who arrived with our breakfast, was extremely helpful and friendly.

We would normally expect a B and B to offer a stay in a private house with a host, this felt more like an Airbnb. We had difficulty finding the property - no signs - in a busy city street. We didn't receive our check in details until after we had checked in as we had no phone signal. There was no answer on the door buzzer. We needed to make a couple of phone calls to get access. The room was very small and quite basic with a very restricted view from the window. There was considerable noise from other guests arriving and departing late at night and early morning. We did not like the location.
