Modern rooms, friendly staff, and efficient amenities -all while maintaining reasonable pricing. Excellent breakfast.

The only slight drawback is the modest distance from the city center (about a 40-minute walk) for guests without a car, although it’s easily reachable by public transportation (around 15 minutes). Overall, though, it’s a great choice for a well-supported stay in pricey Como.

The room looked great, very clean and with a modern touch. It was well isolated from the noise outside which was really important as we rested properly during the nights there. The reception was amazing as we have asked lots of questions and all were answered and we even received a city map. The hotel is close to a bus station and 10 minutes drive to city center.

The room was small but we managed to fit so that was not a big issue for us.

Room was very clean and quite spacious. The breakfast here exceeded all our expectations even though I am a vegeterian and a bit picky about that - strong 10/10. location is ok as long as you don't mind to reach Como center by bus. Special accolades to extremely friendly and helpful personnel.

A bit more towel hooks in bathroom would be just great. And stability of WiFi in our room left too much to be desired.

Very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is ok if you catch the bus on time. Railway station is a 10/15 minute walk away. Be prepared in the heat it is a very hot walk.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room plus you could not have free coffee in reception. You had to pay for it from a vending machine.

The breakfast was ok. The room was large and very comfortable. The bed, the most comfortable of my 5 week trip. The room was the equivalent of a 4 star hotel.. the staff were delightful and very helpful.

The facilities were more like a backpackers rather than a hotel, shop in the lobby with drinks, snacks and microwaved meals, along with a microwave, whi. The location was at least 3 kilometres from the lake, and even though the transport was good, it wasn't what I expected and was inconvenient when u wanted to go to the lake everyday. Very few restaurants in the town. One hamburger shop, one pizza shop and one good restaurant. So had to stay in Como to have a good meal. Did not get the feel u were in lake Como being so far away.

I liked just about everything about the property.

The hotel is great in terms of location, price and cleanliness. The bus station is a few steps from the hotel entrance and it's not a long trip to the city center. Everything was impecable, with the room being cleaned almost every day - the towels and sheets changed, the garbage removed etc. The bed was confortable, the room spacious and quiet.

I have to say that the only thing that bothered us during our stay was the attitude of the person who handled the breakfast area. She made a lot of noise with the plates and the chairs as if the guests were not really welcomed. At some point, she took a spoon from the buffet (used by the guests to put food on their plates) and she pushed the trash can with it - at the end, she put the spoon back. This kind of behaviour cound reflect bad on the hotel which is, in fact, a wonderful accommodation.

The Hotel is lovely and clean and the staff could not have been more friendly or Helpful. Would highly recommend.

Nothing in all honesty, for the price I genuinely believe it was a 10/10

Staff was very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was perfect!

It was very very noisy. The hotel is located next to a 3lane road with lots of traffic and you could hear the cars and motorcycles pass by the whole night.

It’s good for the value and perfect if you have a car and want to get around lake comp area. It was clean and nice. Exactly what we were looking for.

The area especially at night is a bit shady in my view. But since we were not there to explore night life we had a great stay
