We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandWas initially sent the wrong code for the key box and when I rang the staff member on the phone was a little rude when she gave me the correct code. Had some issues opening the main door into the apartment as it was different to doors in different hotels and apartments but eventually got it.
Ideal location for anyone doing a cruise!! Right next to the bus terminal to the ships (5 mins walk). Check in process is done online and is not face to face which can be handy! Room was very nice and clean and there is a common space where you can use the balcony, microwave etc. Very close to all the shops and 8 mins from the beach walking. Would stay here again as the room was lovely

United KingdomThis view on the photos is from a shared balcony. There are other people using the kitchen/ living area. There are three rooms, each rented separately. Coffee machine poured hot water everywhere as soon as it is plugged in — without even pressing the on button!
Location excellent/ comfortable/ clean A stapler in the drawer is very useful! There is a lift most of the way up, so there are only 6-7 stairs instead of a few flights.

New ZealandShared kitchen, so the noisy when other people were using it, as the room was against kitchen wall. Couldn't get a taxi to take me to appt as I was travelling solo and they stated they wanted groups going to cruise ships, so it was a hot and tiring walk from train station. Then couldn't get a taxi to take me to the cruise ship 3 days later. Finally charged 99 Euro for a 2km ride, but still far to hot to walk with luggage
Beautiful view. Room was a great size for one. Well appointed bathroom. Restaurants nearby. Air conditioning brilliant.

AustraliaI stayed in the ground floor double room which was also beautiful but I found it a bit musty and noise from local cats through the open window at night made sleep difficult. The local church bells ring on the hour. However that's also part of the charm.
The family vroom on the first floor was amazing for my teenagers. Nice large rooms with air con and interesting layout incorporating the original features of the building. Very beautiful. The nearby marina and local Greek restaurant was great. The Rooftop pool was awesome.the internal spiral staircase to the shower above is a dramatic feature. Beautifuly appointed.

United KingdomSlightly hard to get into with keys for different doors but we got there in the end. Don’t book a driver to pick you up from the airport as they are useless. Waited for us at terminal 1 when our flight came into 3. Couldn’t find him even though we were texting but didn’t speak English. Very rude text sent telling me he had wasted time trying to find us and that we can’t follow instructions. The hotel had clearly not given him information about our flight even though I gave it to them.

United KingdomWe booked a one night pre-cruise stay. We were very impressed that someone rang us the afternoon before our flight to make sure we understood how to access the key box. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a lift which fitted 2 large suitcases and 2 adults. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and our bedroom, very clean with nice bed linen and plenty of towels. We did not use the kitchen as cafes are a 2 minute walk away. The location is excellent and we walked our suitcases a few minutes to the cruise ship free bus shuttle the next morning. We would use this apartment again.

United StatesBreakfast was pretty meager. Coffee machine made decent coffee. They had some pre-wrapped pastries. However, just down the street was a really good café with delicious food and coffee. Just down further was a grocery store with wine at great prices.
Wonderful room and great location. There are only two rooms, and we had the one with the balcony over the street behind the building. The common area at the front had a nice view of the port and ocean. The walk to the shuttle to the cruise port was only a 2 block walk.
