The check-in was difficult because the staff didn't answer and we didn't get any instructions for check-in in English. There were cockroaches in the room, no hand towels or soap in the room and the fan didn't work properly and it was really dirty. The shower was moldy and there were no hot water. There were no breakfast even though we paid for it and they advertised that on the website. The staff asked us to pay via some weird link they sent us via WhatsApp.

The location was perfect. It was nearby the train station and the metro station. Grocery stores were nearby and also few restaurants. There were no too many tourists nearby the location.

Needs a good clean... the sheets had spots on them, there are spider webs in the room, the fridge was not properly cleaned, the electric wather boiling machine (that you can use to make coffee/tea) i don't think that was ever cleaned and the doorknob of the room we staid in was falling apart we had to jiggle it everytime we wanted to close the door.

Close to city center, bus station and airport shuttle (10 min walking distance). You have a few options for grocery shopping that are very close by and are open late in the night. Host was quick to answer via chat (even if it was always in Italian and we are not Italian speakers 😂 nothing a google translate can not fix)

The room we had, does not match with the photo in the booking.com represents. Although, the room was clean however, the shower stall condition was truly bad, very dark, old type, the curtain used in the shower room was really old as well.

The warming system for my room is off!! I told to lobby man but he said the warming system is central and they don`t want turn on!!! I have a very cold night in this room. And The electricity in the room is out but the lobby man solve it. I have a reservation with included breakfast, but they didn`t give me anything.

The room was clean and have some facilities for cooking and making coffee. Location is near to central train station, but you can find easily with navigation map applications.

Breakfast... It isnt a breakfast, two cheap cream croissants on plastic bags, two water's bottles and two coffee capsules, it's so difficult to say that is a B&B accommodation with this kind of "breakfast". The shutters would not close, with the knowledge of the host, its difficult to sleep with the noise and the light.

The accommodation is not the one in the photo... It was a ground floor garage a little built. The front door was a garage front door. And the other door from the inside didn't lock. Attention to this accommodation
