Please use normal plates and cups for breakfast, and stop using the single-use plastic ones, please prevent unnecessary pollution. The advertised free on-street parking is not really accurate and comes with caveats: parking can be arranged but it only applies at the moment of checking in, so if one needs to use their car afterwards, their parking space won't be guaranteed, particularly after a certain hour. Note that vehicle access is also restricted between certain hours (see pic) and rightly so, as the hotel is in the old town with narrow roads. For our peace of mind, we decided to use a public car park nearby (decent fees) and perhaps it would be better to encourage other guests to do the same, with parking only for luggage drop off/pick up.

It's a small B&B on a lovely old street (accessibility might be an issue as there are steps to rooms). Very clean and spacious room, ours even had a little balcony.

The parking situation is not great. There is no allocated parking for your room. If you leave during the day and return late at night your spot will most likely be taken. Then you need to drive around the town trying to find a parking spot nearby which is not great.

On behalf of Diana Campili. Our stay was lovely. Quite area close to the centre. The room was cleaned everyday and breakfast was nice however they could change it up a little. Staying 3 nights and receiving the same type of pastry everyday. They could change it up a little for people that are staying more than 2 days.

Nicola runs a tight ship. Extremely cordial and professional and very friendly. The room and centro storico ambiance was great! The room was modern and very clean and quiet. The pastries for breakfast were superb! The only thing to keep in mind that is typical to many of these homes is that there are stairs to navigate, but in no way diminishes the quality and value. Highly recommend!

Driving and parking in this part of town is difficult if you're not used to the narrow one-ways typical of old historical centers. Call ahead so he can direct you to a parking spot.

Huge room in a restored palazzo on the edge of the centro storico. Davide was a particularly attentive, welcoming, and kind host. He saved a parking place for us, made a dinner reservation for us (highly recommend Mangiafuoco!), and was enthusiastic about people visiting his city. The room was newly renovated, very comfortable, very spacious, and the little balcony off the bathroom was precious.
