I booked a "view on water" room which had only a corner of the window looking at the water from the port, the rest was filled with buildings and the road. There is a LOT of traffic on that road, and when I complained about not being told, I had two answers: all rooms have the same view of this road, and I should have looked at a map to figure out the size of this road?! Couldn't use the cute balcony shown on the pictures because of the noise and pollution of the cars.

Nice room, not far from the city center. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Good indications for getting to the apartment and to get the keys.

I had some trouble getting the front door open. I think I tried 10 times before I managed to figure it out.

The accomodation is in a good place. Very easy to get to. The people were very helpful and nice to talk to!

The only downside was that both the ceiling fan and the light switch were the same switch. It was slightly difficult to get sleep while staying there in summer.

Although my room was large and comfortable, it was next to a busy and noisy road. There was no A/C in the room, so they gave me a fan later. Luckily, I was there in perfect season. So there wasn't much hot. But I can't imagine the room in summer without A/C. And you can't open the window because of the noise.

Excellent location. Close to the metro station and just across the Porto Antico. There are many good restaurants around. Most of the places are in walking distance. The The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. Check-in instructions were clear.

Knock on door each morning when breakfast was being served, I didn't request any breakfast for the duration of my stay and would have preferred not to be woken up. Bathroom facilities could be updated

the rooms heading the streets can be a bit noisy but it was not the big disadvantage for the hotel especially for short stays. Bed wasn't tip top but we were happy with our stay overall

The B&B is just opposite to a very busy road with heavy traffic during whole night. The shutters were working only on one side of the windows, so the room was quite bright during the night amd from early morning. Ear plugs and eye cover are highly recommended.

The room was clean and location easy to reach from train station and the city center. The service lady/host was very nice and breakfast was also good.

For the price paid, I would've hoped the room was properly soundproofed. It was difficult to sleep with the equivalent of the M62 going past your head through the night. If you are a deep sleeper, maybe it's OK!

The room itself was nice & the staff were great! Minibar well stocked, comfortable bed & close to 2 Metro stops & the port area.

The room is in an "apartment suite" with multiple rooms. The room was very outdated. Across the hall, right outside the room is a private bathroom. The shower is a makeshift shower put together precariously with 4 pieces of plastic that fell apart after a slight touch. My companion slipped in the shower and as they tried to hold on to the side of the shower, the whole shower fell apart and one side shattered into multiple pieces. After the incident, the staff lady just put the 3 sides together like nothing is wrong! They also don't clean the room or refill any shower gel/shampoo packs! Other than that, the room's curtains are 2 curtains that don't even cover the whole window. And the window has zero noise cancellation so you can hear cars going constantly all night, especially worst because the apartment is right across from a highway. The sea view is also a lie! You only see the highway I would not come back to this place even if someone pays me!

The location is convenient to get around the city. The AC is sufficiently cool for the weather when we were there (31-36oC)

The location is bad , 15min walk through dirty town streets. The room was given on the west side of the building the temperature inside the room was bigger then outside, so it was horrendous to sleep in 35 degrees room with no AC and 2 smalls fans that doesn't help at all . Its like a big apartment with 5 separate bedrooms which are rented out to different people, feel like a student housing. And the worst part was the bathroom with BLACK MOLD ceilings, for which the renting business should be closed and inspected by the health inspection.

The only thing i liked that you can find a nice restaurant in the first floor of the building.
