The location is the only downside because of the people surrounding it, although it is also very convenient because it’s close to the train track. It’s just down there the street people are what scare others off, but they don’t do anything. So please don’t worry.

I loved the way the owners cooperated with us. They are so kind and very helpful!! The rooms from inside were absolutely clean and well set.

The shower water would change between hot and cold and the air conditioning stopped working at night (which was a struggle as it was 35 degrees during my stay)

What a little oasis! Close to the station so not the prettiest of neighbourhoods but when you come out on 4th floor, it’s a delight. Clean, bright, organised, with everything you need. Lovely lovely people.

I suppose calling this a B and B is a misnomer in the usually expected sense. The “hosts” Angela and Simone are likely made up as you never really see them or anybody. It’s efficient and it is suitable for its purpose.

Room and bathroom are nice and efficient. Check-in was all remote. There was email info provided / you could speak into a camera to check in also. Breakfast was efficient - A packaged muffin, a packaged brioche, banana, small juice bottle, small milk tetrapak, a tea bag - all in a plastic container. Location is convenient to train station.

The facility offers a stay with breakfast included in the price, but in fact it does not have a dining room, and breakfast is called 1 banana and two ready-made sweet cookies in the form of a lunch box. In this facility, make sens buying only a room without breakfast.

The breakfast (provided in the room already the evening of arrival) is small by Nordic/continental standards, we ended up buying some extra things. The walls are not very soundproof, so would not recommend to those wishing a silent stay.

The location is great if you want to stay close to the train station, the tram stop is very close by. The opportunity to store luggage was also handy. We were welcomed exceptionally warmly by the host and all of his recommendations for sights and restaurants that we had time to try turned out fantastic!

Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbours, but we didn’t mind it too much.

Simon, the owner is a fantastic host and really cares for the guests. We appreciated his input on our stay, and he gave us some wonderful recommendations both via message & in person. Breakfast was packaged but sufficient - some bakery items, fruit, juice & tea bags. The room we had, had a nice balcony and had fresh air coming through the day. They also let us store our bags on the day we checked out, as we had check out at 10 am but a train in the evening. My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Padova and trip to Venice, on Simon’s recommendation. We would stay here again!

The host was responsive and gave clear instructions for a fuss-free check in. He provided us with details and recommendations for padua which was really helpful. The location is great, just a 3 minutes walk to the station, very convenient. There were a lot of people loitering in the area at night which may seem unsafe but generally fine as they do not disturb you at all.

As in every hotel in italy, walls are not soundproof :) Water pressure in the shower wasnt the best but I did not care as it was such a nice room.

Nice hosts who make you feel like they cared about your stay in the city is something you dont come across in such cities, and I was explained throughly of the accommodation and city highlights (!!) They kept my luggage until the room was ready. The room was big enough and well designed

The location didn't seem to be very safe even though we didn't have any problem. I was not the most interesting price we had during our trip.

Simone has been very nice, he had very good advices about what to visit in the city. The room was comfortable and big enough for the five of us.

Sheets were plastic, worn out. Stained and a strange shade of gray. No plug in sink. No curtains to keep light out. Pillows lumpy. Breakfast was a banana and fruit juice.
