We were greeted with exceptional warmth, and that didn’t change throughout our entire stay. The location is good enough to get everywhere on foot. Breakfast service was incredible.

Although not on one of the main roads, there was some traffic noise during the night but this did not spoil our experience.

Olga is the perfect host. She is super organised and so friendly. She actually contacted us an hour before check-in to let us know our room was ready which was ideal as the weather was so hot and it meant we didn’t have to hang around waiting. The information book was well set out and easy to understand. Our room was quirky, comfortable and immaculately clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room and was delicious and beautifully presented. The property is ideally located within a 15 minute stroll into the very heart of Florence.

If you want a real authentic taste of Italy then this B&B is a perfect choice. Olga was very attentive always respecting our privacy. Very quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was so perfect. It was close enough to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Communication was easy.

Everything in this B&B is just amazing. The owner is super kind and attentive, the place is close to the tram and around 10-20 min walks from most of the places you want to visit, the breakfast is just another level, the ambience of the place is really nice as they manage to give it a nice vintage look without making it look old or tacky.

We stayed here for four nights in early May. This was a lovely stay! The location was great for exploring the old town of Florence. We were very happy with the breakfast which was served in our room every morning. Made us feel like royals! Would definitely come back whenever we visit Florence again.

The room was amazingly large, overlooking the street. A tremendously large wardrobe and the best breakfast you will ever be served.. The proprietor Olga is truly the best hostess you could hope to have. She is a wonderfully warm and caring woman who will do whatever she can for her guests. This is a true gem to find and come back to each night. It's a short walk to the center of Piazza St. Mary Della Fiore and Cappella de Medici.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking.

The breakfast was truly exceptional. Generous portions and a variety of items to choose from. Excellent. The owner was extremely helpful and available if needed. Coffee/tea/biscuits available all day.

The location was brilliant, quiet in the evenings but close enough to the centre of Florence that it was easy to quickly walk to all the main attractions. The room was always clean and the breakfast was delicious. The family who run the B&B were so kind and helpful and I felt very welcome throughout my stay.

Everything was perfect.

Everything about our stay in Florence was wonderful. The room is huge and beautiful, the bed and pillows are very comfy. And the AC is working great (so important when it's so hot in Florence right now). The breakfast is fabulous. You are provided with a list of possible items to get and just select what you want for the next morning and breakfast is brought to you in your room at the time you select. The B&B is close to a tramway stop (5 minutes) that goes directly to the train station and the airport. It's also really close to the city center. Tons of restaurants and cafés nearby.

My wife and I had such an amazing time in Florence, in large part to where we stayed. The B&B is in a great location and a short walk to all the sites. The key was the service we received. Gloria as AMAZIING! She was responsive to our needs, was a great communicator, and was a pleasure to work with. The room was better than I expected, clean and comfortable. Can't wait to stay again.
