It was a nightmare, first the guy asked me at location to pay double in city tax. Second the house was a disaster clean on top filth under, the house was so smelly. The toilet I can't even describe how dirty that bathroom there, it had clothes in the tub etc.

Very very bad. Dirty, 🤢, cannot take a shower very dirty not comfortable all the area is very bad. They told us including breakfast nothing was here and not even bread. They throw up to the dogs...

This is the worst accommodation I have ever booked! It is just a three-room flat absolutely not prepared for renting, there is a lot of rubbish in it, it is quite dirty. Each room is for separate rent, shared bathroom and kitchen. We never understood why it was called a B&B, we never saw any breakfast!!! Yes, there is a kitchen, quite dirty with the same dirty fridge, everything is sticky and the thought of cooking something there is terrifying. Towels were of dubious cleanliness and for three people they were left two!!! However, the host responded to our request and brought more. God knows if they were clean but we tried not to think about it. The bed linen on the double bed looked more or less decent, but on a separate cot we had some old rags. When we asked for clean linen, the owner brought a nice multi-coloured blanket, but there were some blood stains on it, but we tried not to think about that too. The cot itself was literally falling apart. If there had been a decent mattress on it, it would have been more or less, but not in our case. The door knobs were broken and periodically fell to the floor with a rattle (I should note during our stay they were fixed). It was even scary to think about any kind of security, because one key was used to open the doors of all rooms and the bathroom. So leaving any less valuable belongings in the room was not an option at all! Yeah, and someone stole my bottle of Cola from the fridge. The flat itself was not locked at all. The bathroom is a special kind of situation! You have to wait forever for hot water and it does not always appear. We were lucky only once, the rest of the time we washed with cold water. The shower is broken, the shower cubicle is broken, the water goes everywhere. In general, you can't even dream of having a proper shower there. No, I would not recommend to book this place even for one night.

Our host was waiting for us. He was responsive to complaints to the best of his ability. Not far from the metro station.

The place is messy. Not unclean but messy. The bathroom is broken, hot water hard t get. Location is 1 hour from historic sights like Closeum, Vatican etc

The host was cheerful. Only thing that’s worth mentioning. If you just want the place to crash and on a tight budget then this is the place. But do not expect even basic shower.

I did not like the area, especially at night. I disliked the work in progress nature of the hosts house. No hot water. I didn't like that there was beard hair in the sink after the host shaved in the morning. I disliked that it was a private home and not a BNB like I was led to believe. I disliked the communication prior to arrival. I disliked the fact that we couldn't get in and there was no signage.

tried to contact the owner for a week prior the trip to tell him we were going to check it at night (circa 23pm) and when we arrived, the staff (which is a person that lives there, the "hotel" is just a normal apartment) told us we had to wait so the owner came, after 20 minutes of waiting (at midnight, had to ask to please let us wait inside of the building hall because my SO was feeling really sick) he received us, the guy was really friendly, but the owner never appeared. the room door is broken and covered in tape.

Even though the house is right next to the tram station, the area itself is not pleasant. Also, the sheets and pilow cases were dirty and full of hair, we had to cover them with our t-shirts. Towels are old and worn out. Kitchen was dirty and full of the owner's dirty dishes. The lights in the room were so dim. Even though breakfast was included, I was not able to find any visible ready-to-use coffee before leaving, as I had to leave at 6 am. If only the bed sheets and towels were clean, everything else wouldn't matter. For a budget friendly one night stay, this would be a nice option.

The house was great and authentic. Loved that I could really see inside an Italian house. There was a big library as well but didn't have the time to look into it so not sure if there was some books in English. Cozy room. Elevator in the building.

Generally, I do not recommend it. The fact that it is a cheap deal does not justify the fact that there was no breakfast even if it was paid for. Although the lack of cleanliness did not encourage corruption even if the meal was cooked. There was only coffee and tea, fridge, etc. Also, the number of beds was not in line with the offer for a triple room. Cleanliness generally wasted, towels, taps etc.

there weren't many things that could be praised. Maybe just the fact that our door was opened after midnight when we arrived. Maybe silence because there were no other guests

it is a scam, would not response via booking.com the platform I booked off nor did the number for the phone they left connect when I tried to call, had another person back home try to call as well and just as expected they didn’t answer, so clearly wasn’t my phone that was the issue , it was them. If you’re advertising on this platform it’s expected by the customer you can communicate via the platform. If you can’t do they do not use the platform. It is simple. This place is a lie and a scam. I expect a refund due to the horrific and revolting circumstance it left me in. As a solo traveller I was left stranded and without accomodation. Completely pathetic hope this place is taken down and they face the consequence of their actions. Happy to take people’s money, refused to provide anything… pathetic.

I am 60 years old and this was the first time that I stayed in a room so dirty, the bed mat had mold on it, the sheets were dirty, we had to change the cushions (the only good things he did the guy for us), there was all kinds of rubbish under the bed and in the closet, and the whole room smelled of cigarettes for 4 days that we stayed there. In the room description the the owner said that it had a private bathroom, not so true it was a shared bathroom and a very dirty one. We asked many times for the towels which we never got. When we arrived the only thing the owner wanted is for us to give him the tax money which was 48 euros we gave him 50 never saw the change. And when I told him that I need him to give me my money back because I was leaving the room and going to report him to booking he stopped answering the phone. I paid $60 for this room per night which is not cheap for this kind of room Needless to say that I reported him to Booking but Booking never answered. I am disappointed with Booking rules too.

I did not like their room, it was incredible dirty and bad smell, and also the person , who give me key ,his behavior like if you want stay then stay here other wise he dont care

I booked this house for one night and noticed him I will come at 11:30 pm, they make me wait outside 1 and half hour and give house another one who did not booked , after that i report and contuniusly caling him then he came and enter me a room which one is horribel and disgusting . At that time i have no option to leave. so i just wait there untile morning then i leave .

every thing is bad there this place is very bad ,very dirty room and place , also the wc is is not clean. not safe place .the owner is a very strange man looks like dangerous homeless he will ask you without any motivation for more money when you will arrive there. this place should be deleted from booking .sleeping by the street is better than sleeping there . the bed had a bed smell and broken sheet and looks ver old not changed from one year ago . I did a very stupid thing and i didn’t read the reviews before going there and everything wrote is correct,i stay only 5 hours I,arrive at 12am and i went away af 5 am of the same day was a very bad night with owner if home who us discussing with high loud voice with another roommate based in this home luckily I read the reviews after seeing how ugly and dangerous this place is and actually at 5 am I left but clearly I ran away with my bags from this house it was all dangerous

Manager was not normal, keeps lying. He asked us tax money 18 EUR we gave him 50, we supposed to receive a change. He didn’t give full. Every time we ask he said 10 min 10 min. We couldn’t get it and we left.
