The only thing that should be changed is the mattress, but it was very bad, it should be of better quality, but that's my opinion

The rooms were fresh and clean, the air-conditioning was on and it was a relief after the hot weather and long drive. Bathroom had everything needed, from hairdryer to washing machine. We were supposed to check in on our own since we came late in the night but the owner was still upp and welcomed us. Breakfast was up to standard, eggs, fresh bread and croissants, cereal, etc. Really recommend 👌 Down to earth and worth every penny.

Very humid, the common room smells moldy and there were lots of mosquitos. Check-out at 10 is rushed.

Quiet location apart from church bells in the morning. Everything was clean, enough space. Very nicely laid out breakfast in the morning with gluten-free and lactose free products for us.

Marco is the best host ever! Everything was phenomenal! We were 2 families with 1 child below the age of 10 and we didnt have any problem, everything was perfect and the breakfast was also amazing! Thank you so much for your hospitality Marco, we would love to stay again one day.

The apartment was lovingly furnished, and the breakfast was conveniently delivered right to our door. The host was friendly, uncomplicated, and made us feel at home.

this accommodation is amazing! we stayed there with my family for two nights and we liked it so much. it was my parents’ first trip to Italy and they had the best first impression. hosts were very nice and welcoming. they provided us delicious and hearty breakfasts, not like in the other places. accommodation had everything we needed (hair dryer, air conditioner, water, bread and some tasty drink). it locates in quiet and cozy village near Milan (30 minutes by car). there is a free parking in the courtyard of the house. thank you for hosting us. my parents still remember this place with pleasant emotions☺️

The owner Marco and his wife were super helpful and friendly, and Marco gladly helped us with local information and restaurant recommendations.The room and bathroom were spacious and super clean with A/C, and breakfast was great and sets you up for the day nicely! WIFI was fast and with a strong signal, and the hotel is pet friendly, as we brought our little dog with us. We totally understand the positive reviews for this property, as we had a great experience first hand at B&B Ca' Nobil. Great location for a stop over, as we were driving from Germany to France and the property is near all main motorways and roads. We hope to visit again soon, and we have no hesitation in recommending this lovely little property.

Some furniture, especially in the kitchen, could use refurbishment.

We could park car in front of the door, so it was very comfortable and fast to get our stuff in and out of car. We used washingmachine and there was also available drying rack. Host had left us some products, so we could use them on arrival and in the morning. They also brough freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. There was also available information about points of interest nearby. Host also gave us suggestions for dinner. We had everything we needed, and it would be enough even if we would stay for more time. They had two aircon units un apartment.
