The mattress on the queen bed needs to be replaced, the springs were very uncomfortable. The room was also crammed for 4 people, because two folding beds were added on each side of the queen bed.

It was a good value, the host was wonderful and very helpful, she provided vouchers for free breakfast at a local cafe, the location had ample parking for the car we rented. Perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay.

The fridge in the room did not work properly, and given that yogurt was put there for your breakfast that was concerning. We mentioned this on the first morning, but it still wasn’t chilling ptoperly that evening. There are loads of signs about Covid stuck up everywhere, and it is used as an excuse to provide pre packaged croissants in your room instead of a fresh breakfast. Given that we have being staying in other places and has breakfast with other guests, this seems to be cost cutting exercise. Croissants were past their use by date.

A reasonably sized room, with comfortable beds, clean with plenty of towels and hot water. Near a super market for fresh fruit etc. and close to the railway station.

The bed and the pillows for us were very hard, some people might like it that way, but for us was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was clean, the only thing that I didn't like was that the shower had mould on the tiles and on the corners. Breakfast was really not good, nothing was fresh, was everything from a super market and everything was in our room from the day before. What I mean its that you don't have a specific place to go to have breakfast, everything is already in your room the day you arrived. We stayed only one night, so I don't know how it will be breakfast for the rest of the time.

The services was good, he was very helpful with some places that we asked for dinner, he recommend us one that was really nice "La Loconda del Porto". The room was clean and very spacious. You also have a balcony.

Breakfast was disappointing, open the plastic packets in the room. Never saw any staff. The whole process of getting tourist tax paid is broken. I don't respond to unsolicited demands for money over WhatsApp. Who the f*** are you?

Breakfast was poor. We were told to have breakfast in the room but there was not enough space, nor cutlery, or hot water. Toilet was mouldy.

We had to send passport details over WhatsApp as there was no-one to meet us at the property. There were only pre-packaged items in the bedroom for breakfast. There was a dirty coffee maker and no kettle (and we are tea drinkers).

location was far from the centro - an ok area but if I didnt have a car it would have been a serious drawback. NO breakfast was offered with a bogus claim about COVID, which NO ONE ELSE in the country of Italy was concerned about.

it felt very unwelcoming - breakfast was prepared in the room (cookies, yoghurt, water and coffee). the bed especially the pillows were super hard, I had to remove the pillow at one point it was to „high“ and hard for me.

the owner was responsive, free parking, close to the airport and by walk not so far from the city center (13 min)

The beds were awful, like sleeping on top of a cardboard box. The pillows were high and on my husband side of the bed it slanted, so he had to use towels to bridge the gap. Luckily we were only staying for 1 night as we arrived too late to collect our car rental, but would be best to save the money and waited in the airport. We would have had the same amount of sleep. There was also mould in the shower tiles.

Communication with the host was great, and it was easy to get into the room. Air con was new, quiet and worked very well.
