Stay a few night in old town for the experience, but then come here. 5-minute walk to buses for Alberobello or Matera, plus regional train to Lecce or Ferrie Rosse to Naples or Rome. Self laundry 2 minutes away, Grocery store next to self laundry.

We liked the fact that it was pretty close to the main train station and we could explore even more cities, but also to the main avenue that leads to the historic center of Bari.

I had to be very careful for the shower not to flood the whole place, which once happened. The bathroom sink was clogged as well. I requested cleaning so someone came everyday and made the beds, cleaned the bathroom etc. but it would have been better if they changed the sheets once in a week. Probably they would if I asked for it, but I didn't know that they won't. There was a very tiny fridge in the room which didn't cool things much. Considering that this place doesn't offer any breakfast, it would be better to have an actual small refrigerator in the room.

The location is very good. It was close to everything I needed and absolutely walkable from the old town. The communication with the staff was very good. They were very helpful. My room was spacious, clean and newly renovated. I had access to a balcony as well!

Lack of privacy. Bedroom window opens onto the next door apartment block so can't really open blinds. The room is on the ground floor and it doesn't feel safe to open the window and let fresh air in. So it's a bit gloomy and breathless. There is aircon in the room, but I get migraines from it so unfortunately can't use it.

Its central location is a bonus. Only a short walk to the historic part of Bari and 10 mins to central station. The room was spotless. Bathroom spacious and clean with a good shower. Espresso machine with some free caps plus free water in the fridge. Bed OK. Communication with the host was super easy. He was very responsive and accommodating with our early arrival. If you're in Bari for a couple of days, this is a good choice.

The mattress was one of those soft foam ones that you keep sinking into deeper and deeper and which makes it feel kind of warm, which in the winter could be a good thing but in the summer not so much.

The rooms were newly built and very well built. They seemed like they were less than a year old and the quality of the work was very high. This was most noticeable in the bathroom which worked perfectly. There was no breakfast so the name is a little misleading. But it didn’t matter in the end because there was a coffee machine and they were nearby bars in pastry shops that provided a white choice of breakfast options. The person who let me in and showed me around was very kind and very prompt in his arrival.

Room number 2, the one we stayed in, is very small, as is everything in it, i.e. the refrigerator, the shower cabin, etc. But it is suitable for a maximum of 2 people.

- The location is very good, 10-15 minutes walk to the train station, the city center or the sea. - It is quiet, it is not exposed on a busy street. - It is warm, benefiting from a very good radiator. - Everything is clean - The owner very helpful.

I am a sucker for a comfy bed… this one could have been a bit more comfy. But many of the beds we encountered along our trip were quite firm.

The building was right in the city “core” very convenient to shops, restaurants, cafes. Walking distance to the old town. The room had a nice design. Large balcony to sit out and have a drink…hang some wet clothes … Andrea met us very quickly at this location to give us the keys and show us our room. He also helped us order a taxi for the next morning! There is a coffee maker in the room as well as a small bar fridge. They also left out a few cookies and some juice and water in the fridge.

We had two difficult nights battling with mosquitos (we found 5!) so the property could invest in installing some nets on the window! We were not able to open the window properly and there was only one toilet paper roll so we had to buy additional ones.

We liked having a spacious bathroom, working AC and using the coffee machine in the morning. No noise from outside, very quiet area.

The refrigerator was very very small, and there was no microwave. You really couldn't have a "breakfast", only coffee and tea available.

The location was good. The staff we spoke with and dealt with were very nice and accommodating.

The room was not properly cleaned, there was a lot of dirt on the walls, the feeling when entering was strange, as if you were in a basement. Full of dirt on the side of the bed.

I think the only part was that it was in a quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance from the city center
