I didn’t like the fact that the room is a part of an apartment and we will have more neighbours, but it was fine.

Very comfortable and clean, perfect for a night or two, there was good air conditioning which was a life saver, and also some good recommendations for things like restaurants and supermarkets near the apartment :)

refrigerator in a shared space while there was plenty of space for a small refrigerator in the room. No easy parking in the area with time limit zones or no park zones. While we checked out the room at 10:00 sharp the outer gate couldn't open with the link given, propably cuz it was 10:02 till we got out of the building...

It was in a very good place near the city center. It was clean.

No staff there. Telephone calls were never answered. Nowhere to see which floor it is (first). We were urged to check out minutes before 10 am (cleaning lady entered the room to do so) On the pricy side for budget solo travellers

Patio Veranda The patio veranda was terribly unclean and full of ants when we got to the place and we asked for it to be cleaned. To our satisfaction, it was cleaned very well the next morning though an empty can of beer was still left on the patio table. Lighting The room doesn't have much lighting since the above-bed lights don't work. Not enough to deter us from booking again.

Air Conditioning Comfort The air conditioning worked very well to keep us cool and comfortable. The bed was just right. Quiet There were other people staying in the other rooms of the apartment who were very friendly and polite. They didn't make any unnecessary noise and didn't disturb us at all (we hope they feel the same for us😂) One couple had a dog that was adorable and you could hear his cute steps whenever they came about. Window The window has a rolling blind that makes the room completely dark for sleeping which I love. Bathroom The external private bathroom was clean and close to our room so it wasn't that much different from a regular private in-bedroom bathroom. Facilities We also kept some water in the shared fridge which was the only thing in it and that was convenient. We also made coffee in the morning using the coffee machine and capsules in our room and that was great!

Unable to leave luggage anywhere.

Lovely room and communal areas. 15-20 minute walk from main Verona. Good transport connections. Communicate with staff prior to arrival if you’d like to check-in early.

The room was a little dirty in areas, and shampoo was broken, so I had to go purchase some. No safe bag storage as such. Had to be left in a communal area with open access. However, guests had done it... more of a preference.

Location was easily accessible by tram. Had a fridge and freezer in the common area. Had Air Con.

The walls are very thin so you can hear other guests, but we did not have a bad experience since everyone was quiet during the night/late hours. The apartment door is quite difficult to open with the keys, we got it sometimes but sometimes no matter how much we tried it wouldn't open, however there is a quick alternative to open the door with your phone.

Clean and comfortable room. Very near the bus stop and only 20min walk to the center of Verona. Easy to check in and out. Everything was up to expectations, we were quite happy with our experience. Nice and friendly staff.

The walls are very thin and there are other rooms rented next so I could hear the conversations of other people around my room but it didn't burden me during the night. It was a bit hard to find but I asked around and found it

It was clean, wide and the host was very welcoming. There was a double bed which was very confortable, the bathroom provided a hairdryer which was Nice since it was very rainy during my stay

I would have liked to be nearer Central Verona, but the walk was beautiful but then it was very warm when I was there so maybe if it was not as hot I'd have taken no notice. Lovely cafe at the back of property

Directions how to get to the property could be more accurate, needed to call to the owner to clearly understand where to find it (the property is in the apartment building).
