Fantastic location in Oltrarno near the Santo Sprito Square with lots of choices of bars and restaurants. Elisabetta was a generous host serving lovely breakfasts and giving information about the area. Her suggestion about the opera concert was fantastic and it was the highlight of our stay. Room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed including good air conditioning. Lovely old building.

Elisabetta was wonderful, she made us a great breakfast spread and responsive to our requests and questions about Florence. The neighbourhood is quieter but great pizza place downstairs (massive lines every dinner). Everywhere is walkable to the accom. Lovely enough to help us with suitcases when my partner was injured.

Nothing, everything met our expectations and exceed them.

Amazing host, very accommodating. She offered to hold onto our luggage past our check out time and even be able to use her bathroom prior to our departure to take the train back to Rome and eventually to the airport. Her suggestions for Florence were excellent and the location of the property is more than ideal. Everything is of maximum 15 mins walk. But just be prepared as Elisabetta points out, this is an historic old building with no elevator, so be prepared to carry tour luggage up two floors, which at the end of the day is not that bad.

The B&B host Elisabetta was outstanding and provided an outstanding breakfast and other amenities. It was extremely clean and comfortable The location was central to much of Florence and within walking distance of many attractions The Santo Spirito Piazza was less than five minutes from the B&B with outstanding places to eat, an outdoor market, and live entertainment. Elisabetta provided some outstanding recommendations for eating, gelato, sights, and more. The value of this beautiful, historic bed and breakfast was phoenominal. We would definitely stay here again in the future. Elisabetta thank you for your hospitality and for helping to make our trip to Florence a memorable one.

We stayed in the green room, it was really clean. Great facilities and had breakfast prepared for us each morning. I am vegan and Elisabetta (the owner) cooked dishes specially for me and oat milk provided for coffees. The food was lovely and it was great to try traditional Italian dishes. The B&B is in the city centre so it is an ideal location. It is close to so many tourist attractions and shops.

The best experience ever. It was our first B & B experience. Everything was great. The house and our room was really clean and well designed. Bed was comfortable and Elisabetta was the best host. Warm, friendly and helpfull. We haven't booked breakfast through booking but we tested her breakfast and was really good with fresh cakes and different other options. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Thank you Elisabetta 😊

We had a great experience staying at B&B Bonsignori. Elisabetta is an amazing host. She provided helpful information before and during our stay. The location was the best part, close to everything yet away from the masses of tourists. There were amazing trattorias and restaurants in the area. The room had everything we needed and even though we didn’t include breakfast at the accommodation we were able to use the fridge for our own products. Water, coffee and tea were available anytime.

Elisabetta was a wonderful host, extremely helpful and welcoming! The place is cozy a home away from home and beautifully renovated with the historical details taken into consideration. The breakfast was also lovely a great variety each day. Also the location was superb, walking distance to and from anywhere. perfect location just steps from Santo Spirito, away from the hustle of the busy city center while still close enough to walk everywhere. plenty of great cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby. we were able to store food in the fridge at the b&b and warm up simple meals. the room is comfortable and the Wi-Fi is pretty good (better in the common area.)

Nothing - everything was a great!

The locaton of the B&b is excellent in a historic builiidng in the aristocratic Via Maggio in Oltrarno - the only still authentic neighborhood of the Historical center.. Even though the entrance of the building looks -not well- aged, the small B&B in the second floor is amazingly restored - with timber (wooden) ceilings and terracotta tiles on the floor. The general atmosphere is great. The furniture are genuine antiques - though the beds have nice extremelly comfortable matresses. The ensuite bathroom, even though trather small, was recently refurbist. Every corner and detail was of excellent taste and orifinally stylish, The Wifi connection was excellent as well. Elisabeta, the owner, mede e feel like her gust and not a client. The breakfast with great coffee (+ jiuce / milk),, a fine selection of Italian chesse and cold cuts (as prochiutto, mortadella, salame etc), cjerry tomatoes, as well as home made marmalades, was also excellent, enhancing the gest-like expirence. I will certenly choose it again, when returning to Florence.

Sadly the manhole outside was loose and every time a car went over it especially at night was noisy, we ended up with earplugs to sleep.

The property was lovely and host was very welcoming. Location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shops. Would recommend.

The location was perfect and the host, Elisabetta, was perfectly accommodating with her recommendations and always around for service. Great value for everything. Best place to stay in the city of Florence for close access to everything including the best local restaurants and right across the water from all the attractions while not being too close to tourists.

The road outside could be a bit noisy however this did not spoil our visit.

Elizabetta was a very helpful considerate host. She met us on arrival, appeared in the mornings and provided us with helpful local information about restaurants etc. Breakfast was lovely and catered to our tastes. Property was clean, bed was comfy and shower was good. We had everything we needed.
