The bed was quite uncomfortable which made sleeping difficult.

The manager, Emy, was very friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay in Benevento. She took the time to explain the facilities, answered any of our questions, and even accompanied us out of the city when our gps wasn't working. Emy was absolutely excellent, thank you, Emy!!

Sells itself as a bread and breakfast but the breakfast is prepackaged stuff. I must say I expected more. But plenty of juices and water. A coffee machine that I couldn’t figure out how to work. But that is probably me! And while it is close to the station the property is a fair walk to the old town so be aware of that if you plan to stay in this establishment. And again this may just be me but this morning when I checked out I left the keys in the room and then when I got to the keyed gate I couldn’t find a way of opening it as … it required a key. This does require an explanation on check in. I needed to wait for someone to enter before I could exit.

Very clean, exceptionally so. Good common areas and great kitchen. Also a washing machine so was able to do some laundry.

This B&B is located within walking distance of the Centro, the antiquities, restaurants & shopping. There is adequate street car parking available at all hours. So if you're visiting Benevento with a car this is a must. The rooms are huge and really well presented. A full kitchen is available together with a washing machine which is a real bonus. An espresso coffee machine and breakfast supplies made this perfect. This is equal top of my stays in Italy!

It was all good and price was also good.

Alessandro the proprietor was courteous, friendly, extremely helpful, very generous with food he supplied for breakfasts and was prompt and responded quickly to any requests we made. Bonus was there is lift there with secure garaging for our hire car. The unit was clean and well maintained. Overall very good value.

Very difficult to find, not clearly marked. It is absolutely essential to have a working mobile phone to organise access.

I didn't realize the living room and kitchen area were potentially shared space with another room in the apartment, but with your own room lock, a private bathroom and terrace, it didn't bother at all.

Apartment was spacious, sparkling clean and conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station with cafés, eatery and supermarkets nearby. The hosts are very kind and flexible. I also appreciated having access to the washing machine and a private balcony. Was very happy with my stay :)

I made it very clear when I booked that I would be leaving before 6am the next morning. Exiting the apartment, no problem, exiting the block of flats compound was a different matter as the electronic gate switch I was shown on arrival would not work. The only way out was to climb up on rubbish bins and over the fence and drop to the street. Not good, I am 68!!! Early departure bookers take note! Thin walls between rooms, my neighbours quietened down quite early, others might not be so lucky.

I would miss my stated arrival time as my train was running late, but on texting the owner, he met me outside the property. If running late contacting them is an absolute must as this is NOT a B&B but an Apartment, [I don't think I messed up so that needs to be made clearer] as without being met you will never be able to find nor access the flat. Kitchen with help yourself "breakfast".
