The location is horrible. If you are traveling by bus, not by car, you will have to walk 10 minutes on a very busy street without a pedestrian section. Especially in the night is terrific.

Rooms are big with new furniture. They also have a TV with Netflix.

Everything was perfect but I did not find a cork-screw to open a bottle of wine in the evening. I recommend having one in the kitchen.

The location is only 8 min from the closest bus station, but with high temperatures it's difficult for walking. As well the sidewalks are so tight that makes dangerous for pedestrians. Better go with car or bicycle. There is parking lot available.

Everything was how I expected. The food, especially coffee, is really good. Everything clean. The receptionist was really nice. Big room with AC perfect for summer. I would recommend it. I could say, the price is even cheaper than what it includes

The location was not very practical and there was nothing around.

It is a little bit far from the touristic zone. The breakfast had no so many vegetarian options.

this was an amazing stay!!! the host where amazing!!! really clean really comfy! everything was new. is just about 30 minutes including a 10 min walk to Verona. Will definitely go back.

It's not really near anything, yet it's close to things. Also I had a hard time figuring out how to get in the gate. Make sure you communicate with the owners before hand. They are great and easy to deal with, just make sure it's all understood in advance.

First of all i must say i believe i had bad luck, i dont have the feeling the things that happened to me happen all the time. One of the reasons I booked this room is because it said "front-desk 24 h" in the description somewhere, but when i arrived (around 22:00, after a long car trip, that's why front desk was important) no one was there and i had to wait 15 minutes till someone arrived, it was a bit frustrating, but manageable. The room was very tidy and comfy, but there was some unidentified smell in the air, could be smoke, could be humidity, i dont know. It was not very pleasant. The bathroom even though it was shared was ok. Quite some calc on the shower head made the water go all around, but once cleaned it was ok. Parking lot is small. As i needed to leave early the next day i had to organise with another guest to move his car so that i could leave. Also nothing tragic. The room doors are very thin, we got bad luck of having some loud guests in the other room, but around 2:30 they stopped with the noises. And breakfast is served at 8:30. Unfortunately we could not have it.

The beds were comfortable, even are adjustable. It is quite close to the highway. Price and availability were good for our specific need of just having a short stop around Verona close to the highway with a parking place.

Peaceful location with private on-site parking, off city centre but with just few minutes drive away from centre. Newly, modern refreshed rooms. Excellent and friendly host who checked us in despite late night and short notice. As a bonus home made breakfast and cozy garden to chill at hot evening. All in all superb and will come back if passing by Verona. Thank you :)

This is a pension with three bedrooms. The house is newly built, how new and comfortable is the bedroom too. But, I need to inform you of some situations that made me uncomfortable. We found two bed bugs walking around the room and we had to kill them, the room and the bathroom are cold. We had to use an air conditioner to heat the room, but unfortunately it didn't heat up enough and it made a lot of noise. The house is located alone (no other houses nearby) on the corner between two weird streets in an industrial area far from the city. Breakfast was pleasant. But unfortunately these points that were mentioned above left us a little dissatisfied.

The room is comfortable and new. And the bedroom is new and clean

Deserves 5 star + , the service was amazing, even picked us up after issues with the bus… Really enjoyed our stay and everything was super clean. We also loved the interior, it was very well done. Would definitely recommend! X
