The staff were fantastic. They found my headphones I left in the room and were very helpful about returning them to me. Also great location, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

The way it was described made it sound like we could just get a shuttle to any beach and that it had ample parking, which we couldn’t and it did not. We had to park way up the street. The elevator also broke which for my elderly mother was a must have to get her and her luggage to the second floor. Not their fault I know. It’s a nice place and the staff are friendly.

Breakfast was wonderful and the best part. The beds were suppose to be separate when booked I chose two singles, they were still as a king, not a huge issue.

Shower cabin way too small, uncomfortable to take a shower and I am a petite person. A bit noisy if u want to leave the window open but fine if it’s closed. The room was clean.

Very convenient location in Porto Santo Stefano. The staff was super welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was super tasty with a vast selection of food and included homemade cakes and desserts. I would definitely recommend for a stay in Porto Santo Stefano.

Room was a little on the small side. Shower cubicle was very small making showering difficult.

Very clean room with sea view. Staff were helpful especially Ashleigh on the front desk. Breakfast was exceptionally good with Greek yogurt, honey, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese and homemade tarts and cakes.

Wonderful host Ashley who reserved a car space for when we arrived later than expected. Breakfast although it was the same each day was lovely and fresh. Great view from the rooftop but also from our room. Did the tuk tuk trip with Stefano which was wonderful. Ashley rescued us when my husbands mobility scooter broke down on the way back up the hill and picked us up in a van.

The room smelled like sewer sometimes, like toilets didnt flush. They spam you with messages before and after your stay.

Staff is lovely and attentive. Breakfast is fresh and variated. Room was spacious and clean.

For the minuses there is quite more unfortunately. The rooms are really small but the bathroom is micro. I am skinny person and it was hard for me to use the shower. The radiator in the bathroom was not working so no chance that the swimsuit and towels will be dry the next day. At first sight everything seems to be clean but with every minute you starting to see more and more dirt so the cleaning for sure should be improved. The hair dryier was not working at all, I would say for the same reason as the filter was fully covered with dust and was rusty. AC in the room was fine but there is no option to turn it off unfortunately and is quite noisy. And on top of it you can hear everything by the walls, all the talking, crying babies etc. Parking situation is bad, especially if you have big car, we had peugeot 208 and it was difficult to fit, however this is something that I assume they don't have any influence on. So prepare to park italy style. 🙂 Overall this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in in tuskany and the less meeting our expectations. Next time I would simply choose villa with swimming pool in some Tuskany village.

The hotel is okay, nothing more, nothing less. It is for sure good for short stays as ours of 2 days. For the pluses was location (10 min walk down to city centre), view from the terrace on the city, breakfast and friendly Staff. Grocery store is just next to the hotel. We didn't used bikes neither boats so here no comment.

It was very difficult to find a parking spot even though we got some help from the staff.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. We were travelling with a baby and got a baby bed to the room and good service for him as well. Also the breakfast was excellent, much better than expected. Renting bikes was easy and they were in very good condition.

Difficult to park, but the staff is helpful in accompanying guests to find a spot if done during the operating hours of their “concierge” service.

Simple, but clean and well located to reach the centre of the village on foot. Beautiful terrace on top where to relax any time of the day. Staff is always very helpful. We rented e-bikes from the hotel to tour Argentario on check-out day and could stop to swim along the way - once back we were offered towel and access to a shower - priceless!
