This was not what I didn’t like it’s just if you have a mobility problem you may not want to stay as they have a spiral staircase .

Location was perfect and the room was beautiful and clean. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was amazing!! Our hosts were absolutely wonderful and nothing was too much trouble.

Great location in the heart of the old town of Bari v safe area clean and lovely courtyard. Spiral staircase to rooms may not suit older less mobile people . Room v large with excellent modern bathroom and balcony . Ac worked well as it was 33 degrees ! Fridge and tv . Breakfast was excellent and very large. Meat cheese pastry eggs fruit plate and juice and hot drinks .

We absolutely loved our stay at Arco Trinita! From the moment we arrived, hosts Donatella and Vittorio could not have been more welcoming, gracious, and helpful. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel at home instantly. The property is perfectly located right in the heart of Bari—steps from fantastic restaurants, charming streets, and main attractions—making it easy to explore everything the city has to offer. Vittorio helped us with directions and walked us to make sure we didnʻt get lost. The property is walking distance to the train station. Breakfast each morning was a delight: rich cappuccino, fresh croissants and pastries, mets, cheeses, seasonal fruit, yogurt, and more—plenty of variety and everything delicious. Donatella and Vittorio went above and beyond, arranging our airport transfer, answering all our questions, and making sure every detail of our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Although our visit was far too short, I’m so grateful we chose Arco Trinita. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bari!

The hosts were very helpful, despite my arriving at an extremely inconvenient hour (due to Ryanair's usual standard of service). Vottorio was very patient with my terrible Italian and went to great lengths to explain things to me in a sufficiently rudimentary vocabulary that I could understand. The breakfast was very copious, tasty and healthy (fruit, boiled egg, charcuterie, cheese, juice, coffee). All in all, excellent.

Only Challenge might be for some getting up the narrow, spiraling, tight stairs.

Great location in the old town yet a short 5 to 10 minute walk to the shopping district and other nice areas of Bari. Delicious abundant breakfast. Room was very comfortable with a nice large bed and the accommodation was absolutely spotless. My wife used the roof terrace when I had to do some work and found it a nice space to read in the sun or shade. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower and is very spacious and modern. There is a coffee machine and snacks to avail of during the day. Most of all the hosts were so friendly, gentle, welcoming and helpful. Always happy to lend a hand and some advice (through Google translate) when requested.

Spiral stair case to the room could be a challange for mobility, however my wife hates spiral stair cases and didn’t mind these.

We stayed 2 nights in May 2025. The hosts were friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating with early check in. We can’t say enough about them. The breakfast was outstanding. To much food and a bit of everything. Well done. Room was clean and bed was very comfy. Bathroom was outstanding. The common space provided snack and drinks which was very well thought out. The location was perfect. Just inside the old town close to all the chaos of Bari bus surprisingly very quiet. Very good location for both old town, and train station walk. We did not use the outdoor space, but it looked nice and clean. No real view to talk about.

Donatella was most hospitable providing excellent service throughout our stay. He is most accommodating and resourceful. The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed. The breakfast was plentiful and high quality..everything fresh. All communication was clear, helpful and timely. The location is close to restaurants, shopping and numerous points of interest. We highly recommend this stay.

Wonderful stay to discover the city and very easy access from the park & ride (with the bus only 4 stops). The accommodation is brand new and the beds are perfect. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. Breakfast very lovely and friendly and helpful host. We recommend this place very much.

I did realize there were stairs leading up to the room but not nearly how steep they are. The second floor may be too far for people who have trouble using stairs.

Excellent location and really friendly owners who attend at breakfast and helped me to get a cab to the train station on the way out.

The twisty stairs up to the room were hard to navigate. if you had a large hard sided checked bag it would be extra dicey.

Beautiful room/bathroom, super great location - short walk from a big ish road to get dropped off on and right around the corner from a beautiful church. breakfast was tasty and more elaborate/homemade than others.

Hosts were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well decorated, the bathrooms were lovely. The beds are quite firm, and be aware that the rooms are accessed via a narrow spiral staircase. May not be feasible for someone with mobility issues. Our hosts were lovely and carried our luggage to and from the rooms.

We rented a car at the airport and then drove to the apartment with our large and heavy suitcases. There was no parking on site so we had to drop off the suitcases and then find a parking spot a 25 minute walk from the apartment. The road to the apartment from the drop off area was narrow and not easily accessible by car, so we had to drag our suitcases from the nearby road to the apartment, over some rough cobblestones. When we got inside the apartment with our bags, we saw that there was a very narrow winding and steep staircase to our rooms on the second and third floors. Thankfully our host carried our suitcases up the stairs for us. When we left the next morning, our host carried our suitcases back down the staircase. Again we had to drag the suitcases on the cobblestone road to get to the car, which we had to retrieve from the off site parking lot 25 minutes away.

We stayed for only one night so my comments are limited. The host was very friendly and helpful. While he did not speak English, he made good use of the Google translate app on his phone. The accommodations were nice. One room had a small terrace (overlooking a wall but still nice to be able to go outside). The facilities were all good with clean room and towels and bathrooms. Breakfast was prepared for us by the hosts, with my favourite part being the mocha coffee! A brief but pleasant stay!
