We like this place, it is very close to the area we want to discover (Cinque Terre), the breakfast is tasty and always fresh. We like the house and its surroundings, the nature around and of course the delicious grape growing on the terrace ;) Thanks for all Aneta!

Too much noise from the road, even the host gave us earplugs.

Good starting point for visiting Cinque Terre, at an affordable price. Good breakfast for italian standards. Everything clean. Interesting idea with London and Paris rooms.

The Wi-Fi was not always very strong in the room.

Located near La Spezia, making it an ideal base for visiting Cinque Terre. Very friendly and flexible hostess. The room was spacious enough for the three of us, friends on a trip. It was also very clean.

Had a little trouble w wifi, but got fixed the next day and worked very well. At the edge of the busy road. But no trouble w noise when inside.

Beautiful room. Very well decorated. Nice buffet breakfast. Sweet landlady. About 3km from La Spezia city, so need a car to get around.

We loved the room, it was unique and it was well thought out. Loved the red phone box wardrobe! There was space for a couple of cars. Highly recommended, and the breakfast in the old garage was amazingly good, it had everything you could want!

Quirky little room, well thought out and a short drive from La Spezia, good breakfast and Anna was a friendly host. Well worth booking if you want some quiet and out of the main town.

Road noise is loud, particularly in the morning, but they do provide earplugs - for the price I was very happy to accept that part.

Very clean, brilliant water pressure in the shower, good spread for breakfast, good location for getting to Cinque Terre.

The address provided by booking . com was inaccurate when I put it into google maps & I ended up on a horrifying, scary small road. I had to call the property, thank goodness my phone was working. She helped me to find the correct location on google maps.

Wonderful location, a short drive into town to catch the train to cinque terra. Delicious breakfast buffet. Free parking was great!

Great room. We stayed in Portovenere room. Funnily decorated. Clean and large. All you need for a comfortable stay. Great shower, air purifier and airco. Private entrance and private parking. 10 minutes from La Spezia. The host gave us precious tips on where to park in La Spezia . The breakfast was awesome. Including a coffee machine and fresh fruits. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Breakfast could be better. Roadside rooms are noisy. Location is not ideal.

Cleanliness. Well maintained and spacious room. Free parking (A bit tight but tolerable). Good value for money. We didn't see the landlady a lot, that made us feel more comfortable.

The location directly on a busy road with the noise from the traffic. Even with windows closed you could hear it very well in the room. Traffic starts very early in the morning.

Nice room with eye for detail, comfy bed. Good shower and plenty of space. It is about 15 min drive to La Spezia station. You need a car at this location.
