The only negative would be that there was a few flights of stairs to carry our baggage up, but Monica helped us, and the car park was a short walk from the building.

Greeted by our lovely host Monica on our arrival, turned up a bit late but she was so friendly and helpful to show us every, walked into the beautiful modern kitchen which was abundant with everything you could possibly want or need for breakfast, our room was lovely with the most comfortable bed and pillows I've slept on since travelling Italy, we had our own private bathroom with plenty of plush towels, the room had the biggest smart TV that was easy to cast movies from my mobile, and there were local stations and Netflix if you have your own account etc, and breathtaking views from our bedroom window, we stayed 3 nights Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in this lovely B&B had a cute balcony (where we enjoyed vino and nibbles) with great views overlooking the lake. The rooms were clean, comfy beds and the location great, only a few minutes walk into the center. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast each morning, after a 5 night stay it felt just like home. Thankyou to Monica, the host who was really lovely to communicate with and so accommodating. Also thankyou to Karen who looked after us on site and made sure we had a yummy breakfast each morning. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful B&B in a quiet location. The room is spacious, furnished with attention to detail, the beds and pillows are very comfortable. There is a TV, but we didn't use it and the WiFi works very well. The bathroom is also spacious with a large shower. The breakfast was excellent, everything fresh and tasty, fruit, vegetables and even freshly squeezed orange juice. Monica is a very sweet, friendly and accommodating person. Thanks for all Monica! We would recommend her B&B at any time.

A bigger sign that leed us to the front door. We would like if there was a little freezer in the room.

This was the most beautiful stay we had during our tour of Lake Garda. Monica is a fantastic host and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud (I even noted down the make of mattress and pillow for my own house). Could not recommend staying here enough, it exceeded all expectations and more!

1 At least small fridge would help a lot - to have some fresh drinks, fruit, etc. 2 there were no places for clothes - some cloth racks/stands would help a lot 3 although the bathroom is private, but it is not in the room

1 The view from the balcony is perfect. You can clearly see the lake and the mountains. 2 Near the town center. So you do not need car to get to it. And of course the Limone is perfect... :) 3 Hostess was very helpful. Even put 2 chairs in the balcony after our request:) 4 the bathroom is well equipped. 5 breakfast were fresh - croissants, ham/cheese, coffee, fruits, juices, snacks:)

The breakfast could be better, on pictures you see fresh eggs to cook but in real life it was not there and just very basic, the fresh orange juice was constantly different sizes and the last day it was just 2 glasses and very bitter, the yoghurt was not refilled everyday, our room was seperated from the bathroom so there was not much privacy when other guests were in the room next to us. the hostess was never there and also on the last day we just had to leave our key without the hostess coming to say hello. It was far from bad, but it just could be so much better with a few details, we enjoyed our stay over there and the above text are just some tips to improve services for next guests The hostess was also kind to give us an extra empty room for our clothes because we stayed 5 days and had 3 suitcases because the weather was unstabble.

Everything was super clean and modern and comfortable. The host of this property was so attentive and kind and we really enjoyed the vibe. Very close to the beach and comfortable walking distance from downtown. We had the mountain view room which comes with a private bathroom which was nice. The breakfast was good and filling and there was always some fresh fruits, croissants, bread, yogurt etc. Will be definitely coming back here!!
