Great central location. Nice secure parking lot with a gate. Friendly helpful host that allowed us to check in early and leave the car before exploring Cinque Terre. Terrible breakfast with only pre-packed items full of sugar.

They've got everything you need after a day of trekking: a big room with comfortable bed and a fridge, equipped bathroom and kitchen, where you can have a very basic breakfast in the morning. The building is a short walk downhill from the train station, with a supermarket and some good restaurants nearby. Also, it's close to the beach.

Communication was in Italian. Email the same day asking to contact them 30 min prior to arrival. This is difficult when you don't have internet. You don't get the message, and you don't know to intact them.

No storage for our 2 full size suitcases. Bidet took pride of place to the toilet which was crammed into a corner. We managed!! No microwave. Needs extra PowerPoints for charging. Only on one side of bed.

Location was great near beaches, restaurants. Undercover seating area to eat breakfast, have coffee or chill out. Shared kitchen with only one other room with great coffee. Use of washing machine. Able to text owner if we needed to know anything. Breakfast was simple packaged food but you could get your own extras & store in shared fridge in kitchen. Extremely tiny fridge in room but adequate to chill water or a few drinks.

The breakfast was average and the room had no air conditioning.

The owner was very nice and the room was very clean. The location was quiet yet close to all the attractions. We were even given patio space for ourselves.

The hosts and their young son were delightful to meet upon check-in. Leo was very good at showing us what was in the kitchen for breakfast. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all sorts of restaurants and shops. The room is cute and was very clean. We would certainly come back!

The shower/bathroom was smaller than most. We didn't find that a problem but it could be a bit of a tight squeeze for some.

We travelled as a couple and stayed for three nights for visiting Cinque Terre. We received a message from the owner before checking in and responded with an approximate arrival time. Although we arrived about half an hour later due to the long traffic, we received a warm welcome from the owner who was also very helpful. The location is great and is just a stone's throw away from restaurants and shops. We had a comfortable small room and had free access to a kitchenette which was fantastic for having a snack and tea/coffee. There was a good quality coffee machine with pods provided and an outdoor area with furniture to use to enjoy the coffee. Breakfast was included as well. It could be hard to find free parking in town but we had no problems as the owner provided us with a local pass. We didn't need to pay for parking on parking bays which otherwise require payment.

The room was very very small! Basically it was a bed with walls. If you don't like confined spaces, this isn't for you. We had to do our own dishes after breakfast, and the breakfast was very basic. Because the room was so small and the bathroom was in the room, it got very warm and humid very fast.

Everything is brand new. the bed, bathroom, kitchen (which is next door and not in the room) - everything was good quality and comfortable. The location is amazing and there's a beautiful small garden you can use as you wish.
