No Parking available, even though the listing clearly advertises it. The staff instead gave us a name of a parking garage nearby (3-5 Min. walk) which was around EUR 35.00 per night. Still a good option, however not as listed. We weren’t the biggest fans of the bed and pillows, however for one night and the price it’s more than fine.

We really liked the location of the property, as it’s still quite close to the city center without being too busy. The staff was very welcoming and nice. I would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a stay in Florence which doesn’t break the bank.

You can hear other guests, especially from the bathroom area.

The location of the guest house was perfect. That area is very peaceful, the river is just 2 minutes walk away and the city centre is just in a short walking distance. It was easy check-in and I could keep my suitcase there after check -out. The room was very clean and spacious.

It would have been nice if the tea and coffee sachets were replenished each day, but other than that, everything was good.

Nice guesthouse about 10-15 minute walk from main train station in Florence (Santa Maria Novella). Room and bathroom were spacious, especially the shower. We were able to leave our bags on arrival whilst our room was being prepared.

There was building work going on just outside the window so we didn't open the window so the room was quite dark but it wasn't noisy so didn't disturb us.

Location was good, a 10 minute walk from the centre of Florence. Communication was good; any questions we asked about our stay were answered promptly. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet.

Although we booked the room in june, having breakfast included, we were announced that the place does not cover the breakfast anymore. Following this statement, we expected a lower price for our staying but there was no change. If you plan on sleeping during the day, there is a lot of noise, especially from the entrance door and the people moving around. We announced our check-in interval to be between 10-11 and one day before our arrival we were asked to confirm this interval which we did again. Despite this, we arrived at 10.20 and our room was not ready. We had to wait for an hour for the room to be cleaned and prepared for our stay.

The room was clean and looked like in the pictures. The location is also good, especially if you wanna see the main attractions of Florence. Overall it met our expectations in matter of looks and confort.

Toilet gurgled all night, especially when anyone else in building flushed toilet as the toilet water level dropped down. This was very loud in the room.

No converter plugs. We forgot to buy a European plug before going on holiday. We assumed that the guest house would provide one, but they couldn’t. This is a small inconvenience that they can easily correct.

The lady on reception was very helpful, polite and courteous. She allowed us to check in early and leave our bags. She also allowed us to leave our bags after we checked out. This enabled us to take a later train. Her level of customer service was excellent. The location was great. It is a few minutes walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk to all of the main attractions. It also felt like a safe area. It was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

The room was very very spacious and clean, and it was walkable to the Santa Maria Novella Station (perks as well that the path was a lot easier to roll our suitcases on than the cobbled streets of the old town). It was a bit further from the main landmarks of Florence but we picked it as it was close to where our rental car pick up was the next morning. The hosts were also very helpful and flexible as our arrival was delayed due to train strikes.
