Right by the Arena, we travelled by car and we were greeted and (literally) walked to the parking below the property (immensely convenient, will fit a large SUV without issue). Breakfast is in the little kitchenette, nice and lush. We stayed for one night and the "Green" room wasn't occupied so we had the flat to ourselves which aided our experience.

Please provide a full length MIRROR!! A WC mirror is grossly inadequate! People (both men and women) want to see how they look in an outfit, from top to bottom. We want to know if our back sides look ok, if our shoes match our clothes. Surely the fashionable Italian people understand this. A full length mirror is very cheap and takes no space. Please just get one for your next guests! Also, Arianna was very kind to replace the non-working light in one of the WCs and the old shower head which was impossible to use (and she did so right away), but it would have been nice if those things were already fixed before we arrived instead of waiting for us to complain about it.

The property was ideally located - only a 5-min walk to the Arena/city center. It was also located within a very private courtyard, far from the street, so it was extremely quiet & private. It had lovely high ceilings, was very clean and was well supplied.

Nothing! Everything was great!

Our stay at B&B al19 was superb! The apartment had everything we needed, and a nice large open living space. We wish we could have stayed longer! Our plan did not include breakfast, however we enjoyed coffee just a few seconds down the road. The overall location was perfect, and our host Arianna was most accommodating and attentive! We LOVED Verona, and can't wait to return!

I was looking for a property without stairs and searched ‘elevator to upper floors’ filter. There was an elevator but it didn’t go all the way to the BnB

Absolutely nothing everything was perfect The only little suggestion & this is not a negative in any way is possibly a mirror in bedroom so one person can be using whilst the other in bathroom

Nothing - all was very good / excellent

In the old city yet in a quiet position. All the major sites within walking distance. Communication re arrangements was clear. Although this B&B has just 2 rooms, a good fresh breakfast was provided each day, together with all-day access to hot drinks. A gem!

Nothing, the accommodation was great.

We travelled throughout Europe for three weeks staying at six accommodations and this one was in the top 3 for sure. Arianna met us when we arrived and she was very welcoming. We took a taxi from the train station that cost around 15 euros. The room was great and the breakfast was wonderful. Fridge was stocked with juices and water to start your day. Location is close enough to walk to all parts of the city. Was very happy with the stay.
