We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsShower temp is a bit temperamental (no pun intended). It took awhile to set the temp... a little too much one way and it was too hot/cold. There is no airco and the fan wasn't very effective (too small for room) and quite noisy. But these are minor issues.
This is a really good place if you are looking for somewhere near the airport. It has all the basics and there is a kitchen with all the necessary tools you can use. The owner was very nice too.

Czech RepublicWalking from airport is not super easy due to lack of sidewalk/pavement, despite a reasonable distance. The proprietor is not present on site, so the precise statement of arrival time is of essence. The proprietor was surprised that we insisted on balcony, which was a part of the facilities stated in the Booking offer. City tax must be paid in cash, but the proprietor had not a change.

DenmarkThe place is half an hour wank from the airport, that's true. You have to walk via some wastelands between towns. All this can be seen fro the map. However what cannot be seen, the check in procedure was as bad as one could imagine. I needed 20 iterations with the staff to get late check in instructions. This included desperate angry calls from my wife to their whatsapp right before my flight to obtain the information.
