Everything was perfect, but keep in mind the distance from the train station.

We only had a short stay at Adam Eric but it was a very plesant one. The breakfast was very good, there was coffee, pasteries, tea, yougurt, bread, cheese and two types of ham. The room was very clean and modern, and overall the accomodation was in a very good shape. I also appreciate that we could check-in early and that really helped. In terms of location, it is 10 minutes away from the city center / commercial port and 30 minutes walking distance from the train station.

The breakfast wasn't good enough due to expectations, everything was fresh, but the selection of food was very limited. The breakfast included croissants with various fillings, boiled eggs, bread, yogurt, melted cheese, and two types of sausage. There were no vegetables or fruits. Despite the fact that the breakfast was served until 10 a.m., by 9:20, there was a lack of food, as the staff did not add more food after the guests had left.

Friendly staff, smiling and helpful, convenient location, bus to the station in 10-15 minutes, the city center can be reached calmly on foot or by bus. The cleaning was good, the room was comfortable.

Super great hostel, felt like we were in a hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable with the cutest patio. Staff was really friendly and provided a nice breakfast in the morning. It’s about a 20 min walk to the central train station but we really enjoyed walking through La Spezia (you can also take a bus to the station).

That's hard to say because we liked the place and the people very much. The only thing that comes to my mind it would be the shower drain that is a bit too slow. I said that the personnel is very friendly, however the only language with them is Italian; the receptionist speaks good English and I think other languages as well but he's not there all the time. I didn't have a problem as I make my way in Italian, but I noticed other tourists didn't manage speaking with the breakfast lady.

The host contacted us before arrival, met us outside the location and we walked together inside. The place is very clean, the room is decent and attended every day, there is a small fridge that is really helpful in summer time and working A/C, another good point. Coffee is available at any time as well as little snacks. We had a terrace space that was very good for the evenings. The host and the personnel are very friendly and helpfull. They served a nice breakfast and offered information about getting arround in the city, recommanded restaurants, gave tips about transportation. We had a problem with the TV that didn't work first night and after speaking with the host, they fixed it immidiately. Also, we needed a bottle opener and we got it as soon as we asked for it. If I would go back to La Spezia, this would be my first choise for accomodation.

The sounds coming from the street may be somewhat loud during the day. At night it was quiet and calm though - so very good sleep.

I asked for an early check-in, The room seemed brand new - freshly renovated and in excellent conditions. The breakfast was more than just great. Both the property representative and the lady serving the breakfast and cleaning the property was very welcoming and attentive to all the visitors of. Overall, it was a superb experience. Very much recommended.

Our room was very small and the bed mattresses were quite hard.

Breakfast was fantastic and the staff were wonderful also. Really good location, it's only about a 10-minute walk from central La Spezia and about a 5-minute walk to the port. We had no issues with noise levels during the night and our room was clean. The wifi worked well also

It’s a bit of a distance away from the central train station (25 mins on foot)- I enjoyed the walk through the old part of town, but maybe not everyone would.

Lovely newly furnished apartment with a comfy bed and a nice outdoor area. The aircon worked very well during the peak of summer. Overall very comfortable.

We had the apartment which has windows to a quite busy street. So it was all through the night quite loud. But I must confess that I have a really light sleep. It didn't bother my son ...

(I guess that) the previous guest smoked inside the room and the smell was very strong. I dont blame the host for this (there is a very big garden, there is no need to smoke inside, the guest that did this is simply an impolite and selfish person). I am a bit sensitive towards these smells and it was a bit complicated (we had the window open but given that there was no much wing, no much air could come inside the room). Given that we only stayed for a night it was okay, but had I planned to stay longer I would have probably left or request a change of room.

The personal was extremely nice!! Supper helpful and supportive. I really liked them.

The room was tiny, could barely fit our bags. The beds weren’t very comfortable. The artificial fragrances in the main area were very overpowering, giving a headache. The bathroom smelled bad, so we put the fragrances in there.

Location was okay. A bit of a walk to the centre, but it worked for us. The bathroom was fairly clean. Having breakfast included was really nice. Staff were helpful and kind.

even though breakfast was good, some of the eggs were grey inside and one time ananas Juice felt like sparkling ananas juice tv was horrible would be lovely if there was one big bed instead of putting together two single beds. camera on balcony was rather distrupting, it would be much better to put it on the breakfast area or in some other place so everyone could feel a little bit more private paper walls, we could hear basically everything
