The room was absolutely stunning! Rocco prepared the most beautiful breakfast for us every morning which was so delicious and fresh. The location is also perfect - it is in the old town which is a 2-minute walk to the beach and also right next to all the shops and restaurants. I couldn't rate this place higher - everything was perfect!!! Staying here made our time in Cefalu all the more magical

Rocco was the best host we've ever had - his recommendations of how to wine, dine and experience the town were invaluable and we felt so supported and excited by all his efforts. The apartment itself is so beautiful and well cared for - very clean, spacious and stunning. We couldn't have loved it more.

I always try to write something here because otherwise it looks a bit fake, but there really was nothing we didn't like.

Where to start! Rocco was an amazing host and as well as a fantastic breakfast every morning (including peaches from his own tree - delicious) he provided useful information on pretty much every aspect of life in Cefalu. He helped with restaurants, beach bookings and even Vespa hire without it ever feeling too much - a WhatsApp was enough to make things happen. The rooms are very near the harbour in the centre of town but on the top floor so lovely and quiet. The other B&B bedroom is on the opposite side of the shared sitting room kitchen (a lovely place to relax before going out in the evening or in the heat of the day) so it is very private. I couldn't recommend Azzurro B&B any more enthusiastically.

Location excellent. Room a great size. Rocco was the perfect host. Cooking fresh veakfadtceach morning. Lots of advice and information provided for restaurants. Booked restaurants for us and there was nothing to hard for him to do. The best host and highly recommend, and would stay there again.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Azzurro! Rocco was incredibly charming and went above and beyond to help us, from recommending fantastic local spots to making restaurant reservations. His hospitality made our experience feel personal and memorable. The breakfast was simply perfect — fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. And the location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of Cefalù, just steps from everything yet wonderfully peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience authentic Sicilian warmth in a beautiful setting!

Exceptional host (Rocco) who makes you feel like you're visiting an old family friend. He is super helpful with tips, recommendations and happily takes care of reservations since he knows everything about Cefalu and the sourroundings (or basically all of Sicily). Forget google reviews or tripadvisor rankings; Rocco will give you the local insights! He is very friendly and likes to chat at the morning table (anything from Sicilian life, politics or his fruit garden) while providing breakfast but not intrusive and let's you go your way throughout the day. You can reach him anytime and he will be happy to assist. About the place itself: We had the room to the back which is probably more quiet than the front, bright and cosy. Big enough (especially for a historic center in an old town) and lovely renovated. Breakfast was at a set time (9:00) in the common space (shared with the other double room) with a lot of options (boiled egg, ham, cheese, salami, bred, fruit, yoghurt, coffee,...). Location is extremely central and the town is small, so anything is reachable by foot.

It could not have been better.

Everything was exceptional. Our host was amazingly helpful. He treated us like family. Very knowledgeable on all topics of interest to us. We cannot compliment Rocco enough. He gave recommendations for everything and they were all very good. This is a wonderful place with wonderful location and the best breakfasts ever.

Nothing. Everything was just perfect!

Great location. Immediately beside the restaurants, the sights and the beaches. Rocco was a fantastic host. Arranged taxis for us from and to the train station. Advised on best sights, beaches and restaurants. In fact he booked two restaurants for us both of which were great. Also advised on where to go for a really good glass of wine! Rocco also provided us with a great breakfast each morning and provided us with great conversation about Sicily and Italy.

Absolute perfection. Rocco is the most wonderful host and provided us with so much helpful local knowledge. Parking available close to property and the apartment is in the most gorgeous part of the old town. The apartment itself is just magic. Spacious, comfortable, quiet and everything you can imagine is provided. We particularly loved the balcony views and outdoor shower! The kitchen is great and has all you need to cook meals. Bed is really comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you Rocco for making our stay so memorable.

The B&B feels like home - our bedroom was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed having the shared living area and getting to know the other couple staying there. The location is also excellent - close to the beach and in the centre of the old town. Rocco was the kindest and most accommodating of hosts - he made our stay truly special and we will definitely book the same place when we come back to Cefalu. His food recommendations were all fantastic!
