How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

When booking we thought we'd end up in a "business-style" hotel, not noticing the "room in a side building". The side building is a motel, which can also be booked for just a few hours *wink wink*. While I personally didn't have a problem with this, some people definitly do. So they could make this clearer when booking/looking at the rooms online.
We stayed for one night before travelling further, everything was nice and easy and we even got an upgrade to our room, one large bed instead of two seperated ones. Parking was free, breakfast was good.

Carpet on the hallways was all ripped up for some reason. Felt like a solid hotel past its prime.

could do with more pillows as the one provided was very soft and quite small, found an extra one in the cupboard but no great improvement

The temperature in the room cannot be adjusted to less than 23 C which was too hot.We kept the window open all the time to be able to breathe.There is no net on the window and any bugs can get in your room. The breakfast serving staff is not very helpful or welcoming which impacts our experience. The issue was addressed and a slight improvement was shown next morning however this situation was unpleasant. The garage was smelling like some dead animals were kept there which was unpleasant. The carpet from the coridor is in a very bad shape and it should be replaced or removed.Its pity the rooms are quite nice but the first impression when you walk towards your room is not the best one regarding the hotel quality because of the hallway carpet.
The room is big and comfortable.Great shower,big bathroom .Breakfast is very good.There is a parking garage under the hotel which was very convenient.

There was not even plain water to drink in the rooms, there was no kettle, coffee maker, tea or coffee sets. The glasses were disposable. The samples that were indicated in the photos were also missing.

The only thing is the air conditioner noise even when you shut it down can be disturbing in the night while sleeping.
It is very close to our favorite sushi restaurant so the location is perfect 😊😊. It has got free of charge parking always available which is a big advantage I think. Last year we stayed in the small houses just beside which had uncomfortable beds. This time we choose the main building which was a correct decision. The rooms in the main building were very comfortable.

However, pay attention to what you reserve because if you reserve more economic variants it is possible that you will find yourself in the supplementary building which is not that nice.
It was a very nice stay, everything was perfect, clean, good various breakfast, modernity ! We appreciated everything a lot ✨

Hotel is a bit tired in places, carpet in bedroom corridor was ruffled and dangerous, room was clean but could do with an refit, telephone charger socket did not work and hairdryer broke after first use.
Parking underground was good, situated just off motorway, next to good shopping centre, hotel was clean and breakfast was good,staff were very helpful and prompt in sorting out problems when they occurred.

I did not like the fact the staff called 11:00 oclock in the morning to urge you to check out

It was a little out in the middle of no where but there was a huge mall just down the street.
The hotel was clean, modern and attractive. Rooms were well appointed and breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

Hotel was quite a way out of Milano in Limbiate however there was a great shopping Centre some 1300 meters walk away which gave us something to do. Huge bathroom. Great breakfast.

The restaurant's dishes are a little out of line with the usual standards, for example, the Caesar salad is served without Caesar dressing.

Our bed ( mattress) was a little too hard but our daughters was alright.
When we’ve arrived at the hotel we could not believe how fancy and nice it was for this value!! The lady at the reception gave us great advice and tips about where to park extremely cheap in the city and which subway lines to take.
