Had a fantastic one-night stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by lively restaurants. The breakfast was great, and Fabio, our host and the owner, was super friendly and welcoming. Plus, having parking included was a real bonus. Definitely recommend this place for a cozy and convenient stay in Sirmione.

Maybe it would be better to have a small shower cabin instead of bidet. That's not comfortable at all to have wet floor in the bathroom.

Very friendly owners with good English. The place is quite good, not so far from the centre, there are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good.

Excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There were no free parking spots at the front of the hotel but the owner helped us find somewhere to park until one came free which was very nice. Good selection at breakfast and walking distance to sirmione old town

We found the walls a little thin

Lovely hosts and great location, just a couple of minutes from the lake, next to the bus stop into old town, and a fabulous restaurant. We had a fantastic stay and really felt like we were looked after, we will hopefully return.

Very friendly, relaxed, efficient staff. Calm, happy atmosphere in public area. Excellent breakfast, comfortable bed in air conditioned room, so slept very well. Very accessible parking. Nice area, plenty of restaurants and large supermarket nearby. I would stay again.

Amazing location, next to bus stop, good restaurants, supermarket and small beaches.. Good variety for the breakfast in the Italian context. Room his not so big but it was clean, and hotel stuff were so friendly.

Very little! Didn't bother us but worth knowing the hotel has no iron. No kettle in room either.

Friendly staff, helpful. Good location for the bus. Right next to the beach. Near restaurants. Good links to motorway. Much better than staying further up peninsula due to traffic. Nice to have a balcony and free parking outside

Room was quite small for 3 people. There was not much floor space left after our luggage was set down, but it was not unmanageable. More suitable for a family with a small child.

The staff were very lovely, very welcoming and helpful, and quite funny, especially the Romanian lady. The room itself was clean. The bathroom was a good size, and towels were provided, as well as shower gel. Also had a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. Airconditioning worked miracles.

Very peculiar small bathroom. No fridge. The worst thing was the fact that there were tiny ants everywhere, they got into beds at night as well and al of us ended up with bites.

Good location, few restaurants nearby, grocery shop walking distance, interesting end of the town could be walked to, or there is a frequent bus that can be taken. Walk around the lake to get there though is very nice. Lift in the building. Room fairly small but OK. Parking in front of the hotel. Small balcony. Beds were comfortable enough. Good wi-fi. Very good self serve breakfast, sweet and savoury options, fruit.
