We had booked two separate rooms which were far apart. Two rooms close to each other would have been better for our family.

Apartments widely spread throughout the winery, connecting roads are unpaved roads surfaced with gravel, it is not ideal for driving, you still can walk though. The apartment we stayed was traditional type, it was clean but if you like the modern house/apartment you would have a bit strange feeling staying there. Roof window in one bathroom was open when we checked in, so some bugs fell down to the bathtub, we cleaned it out quickly before my kids seen it otherwise it could be a "nice" surprice for them.

The staff was very nice and helpful, we felt warmly welcomed. The breakfast was good, cappuccino and cafe latte was exceptional good. The location is perfect, the view from the winery is amazing! Wine tasting tour was very good, we liked it a lot. Swimming pool was excellent.

The only thing that I could rate with less than a 10 was the breakfast but its not a big deal the views that it offers and the state of the property makes you forget it also my villa had a fully equipped kitchen

Although we enjoyed it very much, the winery tour and tasting was a bit expensive. On the other hand, most winery tours and tastings in Tuscany are quite expensive, so this is a very minor complaint in an otherwise fantastic experience.

A simply amazing location on a hilltop with spectacular views of the Tuscan countryside! This place exceeded our expectations, and was great value for money. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a well-maintained garden around the terrace. Three different air conditioning units made it easy to adjust the temperature without having it blow cold air into our faces during the night.

The place is beautiful, the owner was very nice and accommodated us for a late check-in. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, and they even had a fairly good variety of gluten-free products. An excellent place to relax, go for walks, and admire the beautiful landscape.

The staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. We took a pasta making class from Sara that was wonderful. The breakfast had almost all the items you would want. "Johnny" was especially friendly and helpful. The location is a good hub for exploring Tuscany by car with parking readily available. The apartment had a complete kitchen and there is a local market nearby. The estate is much more beautiful than the pictures show.

The place was really good with perfect location. Although they should mention with prior notice about the scarcity of food at the location. No cafe was present. We had to drive 1-2 hours for every meal. Apart from that the accommodation was fabulous.

we liked everything at La Filigare,, the location, the staff and the Borgo itself. perfect, unique and beautiful for anyone wishing to stay away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely need a car to stay here. Bonus points; the wine is very good and the guy at breakfast is super friendly

Description of Property We stayed at Azienda Agricola Le Filigare for two nights, and the property is beautifully set amidst vineyards and olive groves, offering stunning views of the Tuscan countryside. It's important to note that having a car is essential to reach the property and for venturing out for lunch or dinner. The winery and olive farm produce their own collection, which we had the pleasure of sampling. There is also a small café on-site, open from 11 am to 5 pm, serving drinks and aperitifs—a lovely touch. Despite the rains, the property has a charming outdoor seating area outside the apartment for more pleasant weather. Staff The staff and the owner were incredibly sweet and helpful throughout our stay. They were kind enough to adjust the breakfast timings to suit our convenience, and the breakfast layout was decent. The owner also has two adorable dogs, adding a friendly, homely vibe to the property. Rooms We stayed in the Gliscine apartment, which is spacious and well-suited for four people, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. While the rooms are nicely done up, the living room could use a bit more lighting, and the apartment as a whole could benefit from a slight refresh. The property provided toiletries, but we felt that basic kitchen essentials like dishwasher soap, salt & pepper, and coffee would have been helpful. Unfortunately, due to heavy rain, we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor seating area, but it’s a nice addition for good weather. Overall Experience Overall, our stay at Le Filigare was a lovely escape into nature, surrounded by beautiful scenery and warm hospitality. With a few minor updates, like improved lighting and added kitchen basics, this property could be even more exceptional. Nonetheless, it’s a great place to experience Tuscany’s charm and tranquility, especially if you love wine and nature.

The grounds are beautiful, immaculate and so peaceful. The rooms are private and clean, well stocked. Delicious continental breakfast with wonderful coffee machine that makes macchiato, cappuccino, etc.

Due to the remote location the GPS led us to another part of the region. We were about 5 minutes late after the office closed and they were quick to place a sign on the door charging us 50 Euros "late arrival fee as stated in Booking.com". Fortunately the help went and got someone afterwhich the 50 Euros was canceled. It was very disappointing that not once during our stay did we see management or did management come and say hello. NO ONCE. As guests of the winery we couldn't see/tour the wine cellar. So this person Deborah wants me to write a review whom I never met!!! Hospitality is something they need to work on. Because of that I wouldn't go back there are many other wineries to stay at.

The peacefulness of the location was exceptional. Accommodations were very clean. Enjoyed the tranquility of the pool and area around it. Overall the stay was nice.

Nothing to not like about this place!

The views are dreamy!! Typical Tuscan scenery in a secluded winery in Chianti - I mean come on!! Enough said! Simply stunning location on a hilltop complete with vineyards, olive trees, a pool, flowers and lovely stone cottages. Even dogs and a pony! Heaven on earth. Great breakfast. Great apartment for 3 of us - very roomy and comfortable. Nice staff- helped us plan our days. What a memorable stay!! Wish we could have stayed a whole week- we had just 2 nights but wow was it worth it!! So secluded yet just a short drive to dinner in the closest village 5 min away- delicious and adorable! La Toppa. And there’s a pizzeria in the piazza also but we didn’t try it - looked great though. THANK YOU Le Filigare- we hope to come back again someday and we will definitely be spreading your praise to anyone we know heading to Tuscany!!!!
