We are glad that you appreciated our location, cozy atmosphere, and the attentive service from all our staff, especially Tresha—she’ll be happy to know that she received such a compliment! We are sorry that the room size did not meet your expectations. We offer a variety of room choices that are detailed on our own website as well as the online booking portals - even detailing the size of the different room types. This way guests can be sure to select the room that best suits their comfort level and travel needs. We are also sorry to hear that the room cleaning was not as intense as imagined as well. Our cleaning staff adhere to a very strict cleaning regime and our guests rarely feel the need to comment on it, but we are glad that when any issues were raised with our staff, everything was resolved in a timely and efficient manner. We offer a variety of room choices and sizes to cater to the travel needs and preferences of our guests and even if you choose a less spacious room type, you will receive the same care and attention all our guests experience. Though all our rooms have new soundproofing measures both on the internal walls as well as the outside windows, we do have ear plugs available for even the lightest of sleepers should they need. Making our guests feel like true house guests is a main objective of the InnStyle experience - the complimentary snacks and drinks continue to add to that welcome for the duration of your stay. Though we are not in the heart of the typical touristic city center area, we are very fortunate to not only be surrounded by the convenience of a variety of shops, dining options, and public transportation hubs, but not so far away that our guests may arrive at the Duomo and other sights after enjoying a 20 minutes or so peaceful walk taking in the sights and sounds of Milan. We do indeed set the bar high, Aurelia Victoria! We love the saying “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars!” In this context, that is of course the quality and thoughtfulness of the personalized service and comforts we provide to our guests. Our complimentary drinks and food provided, both in each room as well as in our common area, help to keep the edge off of any hunger between meals or simply while relaxing! As you noted, there are a few steps leading from our street-level doorway to our main elevator. However, there is no need to go any further than just inside the main door before our Reception asks if we can send a porter to come assist with bringing all luggage up those steps and on to the main reception area and your room. This way, you can just make your way up to the check-in area and your luggage will be brought up for you - no need to lift a finger!
