Fantastic service is our highest priority - our friendly and efficient staff ensure our guests receive the VIP treatment they deserve whilst with us. Breakfast is a great hit with our guests each morning as it offers an ample selection of options to choose from, all freshly prepared, catering to many various dietary needs or preferences. All of our rooms offer adequate soundproofing throughout, so we are sorry that despite these measures some noise still trickled through. There are items we have on hand such as ear plugs should our guests let us know of any issues at the time. Dear Blecha, thank you very much for taking the time to let us know some of the wonderful comments you had about your first time staying at AXYHOTELS InnStyle in Milan. We are glad you enjoyed our breakfasts each morning with its wide array of fresh foods that have been carefully selected to provide the best wake-up experience. The complimentary, round-the-clock snacks and drinks are just one example of the many personal touches that our management have selected to achieve maximum comfort throughout your stay! We have only been open a short amount of time, and during our rebuild and renovation work, we selected soundproofing throughout the hotel, so we are glad that you remarked upon how quiet and tranquil the atmosphere was inside despite the lively neighborhood we are located in. The beds we have on offer in the rooms are the standard sized beds found throughout Italy and much of quiet - the larger models would be specially advertised. In Italy is usual to find just a blanket in a double bed but if you had wanted more blankets, that would have been no issue for any of our staff to give you one straight away. We are pleased you had an opportunity to stay ‘InnShape’ at our gym. Though limited in space, we ensure that everything is used to its maximum being filled with the latest tech equipment, complimentary towels and accessories, and also free energy drinks to assist during workout sessions. Our staff are there for every need or questions our guests may have during their time both at our hotel as well as exploring or navigating Milan. We are so glad that you found the entire structure so clean - our wonderful housekeeping staff provide the highest levels of cleaning and sanitizing practices in order to keep both our guests and our staff safe and comfortable! We are also thrilled that you enjoyed our new structure - we have only opened very recently and the entire hotel is newly designed and renovated, so everything is fresh and new for our guests! As you noted, if you did not include breakfast at the time of reserving your stay with us, you can always add it on each morning if you would like to. All of our rooms offer adequate soundproofing throughout, so we are sorry that despite these measures some noise still trickled through. There are items we have on hand such as ear plugs should our guests let us know of any issues at the time, however, we are glad that you went straight to our Reception team and they were able to remedy the situation and you slept well. We are glad to hear that our staff went above and beyond to provide the most friendly and efficient service for you. Cleaning is of utmost importance for us, so the housekeeping staff maintain the highest levels of cleaning and sanitizing practices to ensure both our guests and our staff remain safe and comfortable!
