Our rooms where quite small and tired considering the price range and the 4 star promise.

The mattress in our room was in the bed condition. Very uncomfortable, old and hard. The staff helped put some ‘alternative’ mattress toppings to solve the problem but unfortunately it wasn’t enough.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet and Unico restaurant was very good. The Room and bathroom were clean.

Coffee or tea facility in a business hotel is always useful when you are travelling. But as the bar is open there is a facility.

Friendly relaxed welcome by all staff. Its an effiecient comfortable hotel. The restaurant is very good and location for me perfect. Late booking availability is very helpful

It was very cold in the bathroom. Room has a heater, but it noisy. Also there was a problem to open rolleta on window, but it was fixed by personal (it is good).

Good hotel for one night with free large parking and with charging station for Tesla (Type 2, 11 kW, 25 euro). About half an hour from Como lake and half an hour from high way. Breakfast is good, but not the best that I have. There is a restaurant for dinner. Reception, restaurant looks for 4 star, but room looks for 3 star. For this price is ok.

Staff were super helpful at all times. Food and wine were superb in Unico restaurant. Perfect for what we needed.

One bed was rather noisy. The air conditioning was broken in our room and was making quite some noise. Sleeping with an open window in the middle of a thunderstorm ain't helpful either. After communicating it to the reception, they excused themselves and offered us a free coffee and gave some drinks for on our trip.

It’s a couple of miles from Cantu Cermenate station which is not safely walkable (no pavement). Local buses, taxis incl Uber are unreliable. We were completely stranded at the station at 7.30pm on a Sunday evening as all transport had finished

Everything were okay!

We like the hotel interior and breakfast was really good. The breakfast had large variety of food. In the breakfast there were scrambled eggs, sausages, different pastries, Nutella, juice, good coffee, hams and cheese etc. Everything was good! Also parking was free in front of the hotel. In the hotel there were table football as well.

The commune of Cantu is small and there is not much to do.

Location in the commune of Cantu (50 minutes by car from Lake Como). The spacious room overlooking the street is very well soundproofed. Spacious parking in front of the hotel. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. When I arrived there were workers in the hallway but after 1 hour when I went down to the hotel bar everything was clean. I ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good and the prices acceptable. Coffee and drinks at the bar very good. Supermarket nearby (5 minutes walk)

Comfortable room though the super king size bed took up more space in a room where a king size would have been fine.

Worn out halls (last floor), slow and only 1 elevator, bathroom noises from the wc (basically water continously poured in the wc and made noise), noisy AC (had to use ear plugs), checkout is very early, there is nothing nearby so you have to use your car to find a shop or an atm

Lots of parking spaces Fair breakfast: desserts were very good and diverse, however, the hot food was quite poor. The omlette did not look good either Good isolation from the main road noise

Very good hotel, clean rooms, good value for money. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices. The staff were sooo nice and friendly, especially Ms. Lucile who helped us get our clothes that we left in our room! Good location and very close to Como.
