Everything was perfect!

The location was great: a shortish walk from the station and a shortish walk into the heart of Verona along a lovely boulevard. The apartment rooms are on the third floor. The whole property is beautifully decorated - it's clear that the host, Massimo, has a great eye for interior design: gorgeous, welcoming entrance hall, and the furnishings and facilities in our room were excellent. When we were out, our room was tidied & the beverages replenished - like in a hotel! Massimo was friendly, and passionate about Verona. He gave us advice on what to visit during our short stay, and great restaurant recommendations. We loved the accommodation and Massimo was a star!

It was a little hard to locate the door as it is part of a big complex with many other companies sharing space.

Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Upon arriving at the property, we were greeted by Massimo, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He shared insights about Verona and recommended several places to visit. The location was conveniently close to almost all the attractions we wanted to see. Without a doubt, this would be my top choice for accommodation if we visit Verona again.

Room is quiet and comfortable, a short walk to train station, and heart of the old town is easily walkable from the property also. Massimo is a fantastic host - he was full of helpful tips and suggestions and clearly passionate about his beautiful city. He allowed us to check out late which was very much appreciated.

Massimo was a wonderful host who greeted us warmly and gave us great ideas for our stay. The room was beautifully clean and so comfortable. The location was excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable and the coffee was excellent.

The only complaint I have is that the 3 - 7 pm check in is very inflexible. My arriving flight was seriously delayed, and I would have arrived after 10 pm and Massimo told me I would not be able to check in. He was very apologetic, and said he would document it so that I could get a refund for the missed night through my travel insurance (this was happening after the cancellation deadline). As it is, I was able to rebook and arrived mid-afternoon in time for check-in. But it would have been a bummer to have to find another accommodation for my arrival night and go through the hassle of getting a refund from my travel insurance.

Beautiful, comfortable room in a very convenient location. The property is meticulously maintained, and Massimo was extremely helpful. He took the time to when I checked in to mark a map of Verona with the best places to eat, shop for food, etc. I called him rather late in the evening when the new AC unit began dripping water on the floor. Massimo came over immediately after I called and made sure the drip was contained. The drip stopped during the night (and the AC continued working fine), and he had repairs lined up by the next business day. The property is reasonable walk to the historic center and the arena, and there are plenty of amenities in the immediate neighborhood.

Massimo is an exceptional host. He really made us feel welcome and spent a lot of time telling us what we can do in Verona. The accommodation is about 15 minutes walk away from the main piazza. It is also 15 minutes walk from the main train station. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom very clean. Tea and coffee were provided.

The location is only 10 minutes walking distance from the Porta Nuova train station and from Piazza Bra. The room was very clean and equipped with a comfortable bed. It was also equipped with a coffee machine and kettle alongside with coffee capsules and tea. The bathroom was also clean. The host, Massimo, was very helpful and generous with his recommendations of attractions, restaurants and places to visit in Verona. He was also easily reachable and always available to answer any queries I had. I truly enjoyed my stay and will highly recommend this place.

We loved everything

We loved everything!!! Lovely clean apartment with tea and coffee provided to us. Apartment is very new, as well as all the equipment. It’s just 15 minutes walk from the center. The parking is also 2 minutes away. The host is very friendly and helpful, he gave us a map of Verona and showed the best route to follow to see the historical places.

Very pleasant welcome from the owner. Very secure entry and nice hallway. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. Shutter on the window was useful. Bathroom facilities were good, excellent shower. All in good working order. And the owner provided good suggestions about where to go and a map.

I have a very big suitcase which I couldn't keep open all the time. But I guess that's more of my problem - the room's not small at all. If you have a lot of luggage perhaps need to organize yourself well and know how to use the space!

Prime location, walkable from the train station (even with big luggage); 10 minutes' walk to the historic center. Very clean and classy room with comfortable bed. Equipped with all facilities we need: there is a small fridge, kettle and capsule coffee machine. The heated towel rack in the bathroom is unbeatable. Very beautiful and quiet balcony facing the internal garden with a lot of sunlight in the morning. The building is safe and quiet with elevator. The host, Massimo, is very helpful and accommodating, providing us with a lot of information on Verona; the restaurants he recommends are excellent. Thank you Massimo!
