Walls and soil would need some refreshment because there are cracks due to ageing. Managing of lights is cumbersome. Bad smell due to sanitary air evacuation was present while entering. I received an email asking for document details at 14:30 saying that the information about entering was to be sent at 15, but I received it only after contacting the number of reference. Asking for permanence tax in cash to be left at check out was inappropriate. I have no cash, so I paid the day after online.

Rather big room, comfortable bed. Next to train station. Very quite. air conditioning that can be switched off.

The only thing to fault was poor wifi strength.

Very spacious and tasteful modern decor. Easy to access, great communication from the host. The bed was very comfortable and lovely crisp linen. Plenty of room for luggage etc. The position was perfect, walking distance to all attractions and public transport out the front. Best place we stayed in Italy. !!

Location was perfect and so convenient right next to the station, but once inside, did not feel like you were in a busy area. Room and facilities were perfect and clean. Lovely to have a small garden Staff were very helpful, especially as I need support for a late check in on a Sunday night and the help was very friendly

I clearly remember that I left the charger in the room, but they told me that they didn't find it.

The location is very good. It is very close to the station. Employees actively solve problems.

On the other side, the bathroom wasn’t clean enough and the floor had so much dust. Inside the accommodation, we couldn’t throw the rubbish because there wasn’t plastic bags and trash can. The toilet paper ran out and we had to buy new one. Also, they didn’t change the towels throughout the days of our staying.

First of all, the location was great . In the center of the city and everything around. Very comfortable and beautiful apartment .

We were late for our first event because there was no one there to store our luggage at the time we had pre-arranged. The room was listed and charged as a double but there were no sheets on the second bed.

The location was excellent. Close to the train station and all major attractions. Although located on a busy street, the room faced a courtyard with space to sit outside...and it was very quiet. Room was large and comfortable.

Super convenient location along the T2 tram line (connecting the airport with the city center for a mere 1.70 euro!!!!), opposite the tram stop. Despite the buzz of the tram traffic, the proximity of the central station and the throngs of tourists nearby, the room (Gotti) was a tranquil oasis, the entrance to the apartment clean and cool and the online communication with the owner/janitor correct, efficient and welcoming. Extra perk was the small indoor garden with artificial grass and some seats. Both the air conditioning and the locker were most welcome.

Some of the facilities could use a face-lift. I was really missing paper tissues in the bathroom. But other than that, the room was clean and everything worked.

Perfect location--literally accross the road from the train station and from a tram stop for tram line to/from the airport. The historic center is very close, too--easily reachable on foot. I had a room with a private garden, which was like an oasis away from the city noise and crowds. The garden room was also very quiet, despite the busy location. The possibility to log in to your Netflix account is a great plus. The availability of a bidet is also very cool.

No person for reception or information. Despite saying that breakfast is included, they actually give you a 5 euro voucher to eat at a nearby bakery.

Garden was really good, you stay close to the train station and have a back garden with silent peaceful room. High ceilings, and new decorated bathroom.

The garden out the back was lovely - it was really nice to be able to go outside and enjoy the sun. It was also really quiet for being in a busy area.
