Nothing - everything was as we expected or better.

The hosts were really helpful at check-in and we also met the cleaner, who was lovely and friendly The room itself was brilliant. Comfortable bed, air con and a good shower. It also had a mini fridge (with some free drinks inside) and built-in USB ports for charging our phones. Breakfast was simple but really well thought-out, especially considering it’s unmanned. There was a small selection of Italian pastries, cereals, packaged toasts and spreads, yoghurts, cantucci and plenty of teas. They even provided a moka pot with freshly prepared coffee (and extra in the fridge), so there was never any shortage. The location is also excellent - around a 15-minute walk from the airport and about 10 minutes from Pisa Centrale station.

It's normal to eat a sweet breakfast in Italy. We did miss some savoury options, but this is more of a personal preference rather than criticism. Other than that, we did not miss anything.

We stayed here for one night, as we needed a hotel close to the airport. The staff was service-oriented and available, even in the middle of the night, when our flight was delayed. The BnB was modern and clean, with a good bed and a great bathroom.

Michele and Ivana are very accommodating and provided a lovely, clean room. It's not in the city center, but is extremely convenient for those who need to get to the airport. The neighborhood is safe and quiet.

Some device located on the balcony belonging to room 3 was making really annoying noises when someone in the apartment was using water in bathrooms. It was an inconvenience especially at night. Neighbours upstairs were quite loud in the evening, they were stomping around a lot.

Very clean and cozy room, everything is new and modern. Great location - just 10min walk from the airport and also 10min walk to Central Station. A lot of shops and local restaurants nearby. Really nice and caring hosts :)

Beautiful property finished to a high standard. Comfortable room and Michele was so helpful picking us up and dropping at airport for a fee. He helped us with our bags which was much appreciated.

Michele was extremely helpful, kept in touch and kept us updated. Collected us from the train station for a small fee - even though our plans changed due to a train strike and three cancellations. Lovely room, bathroom, comfortable bed, short walk to the airport and 20 minute walk into the centre of Pisa. Perfect.

The bathroom was disconnected from the room but still private. It is understandable why it is how it is given the layout but would have preferred if it was a more private journey to the bathroom. Still a 10/10 stay despite that.

There was nothing we didn't like about Aurora BnB it is ideal for visiting Pisa's sights or transiting to other destinations.

Just 10 minutes on foot from the airport and 10 minutes on foot to the railway station. The Aurora was spotlessly clean and comfortable, a great night's sleep despite being on a busy road the continental breakfast was good and eaten in shared dining area meant we also met some other guests which was fun. Check in and check out was easy, we were met by our host and had a very warm welcome. Communication was easy both before, after and during our stay. Host Michaele was very helpful, great suggestions for eating out and transport advice. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Pisa.

The breakfast was poor, no fresh fruit or pastries The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a corridor which others use.

The location and the bedroom and bathroom were very clean and clearly well looked after.

Light sleepers can have problems falling asleep, there is some noise of the traffic (even with the shutters down); duvet would a nice touch outside the summer months ( we stayed in April and it was a bit cold at night); plain breakfast

One of the rooms (2) has a private bathroom which is across a public corridor. This was not made clear in the booking details. This is inconvenient. The other rooms are en-suite.

The accommodation is clean and within 10 minutes walking distance of both the airport and the train station. The owners are friendly, helpful and provide prompt and efficient communication. Beds were comfortable. We would return.

Michele was very friendly and welcomed us in the BnB at the arranged time. Room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Big bed and TV with Netflix included. Location was perfect to reach the airport and the train station.
