No cattle, no microwave, you need to ask for cups or plates on reception, no toothpaste. But what really I did not enjoy is that I forgot a hat in the hotel, wrote to them 10 minutes after checkout and nobody still did not reply.

The location is very remote. I didn’t see anything interesting nearby, except one good gelateria. Luckily there’s a big supermarket next to the hotel if you need to buy some essentials. The thing I had most problem with was the electric gates. You need to pass two gates to gate in to the hotel. No matter which way I put my key on the reader I couldn’t get the gates open. Never. I always had to wait that the staff comes to help. It was annoying.

The hotel is very charming and the room was clean and big enough. It was also very silent.

The staff were amazing. I felt unwell the last morning of our stay and the man at reception was kind enough to give us a late check out for free. He was very accommodating and kind. The location of the hotel is perfect. Very good value.

I didn't find anything not to like.

Amazing stay! The front desk gentleman is extremly polite and helpful. He is the first front desk person who asked us if we want to let the baggage at the hotel after the checkout, invited us to spend time in the lobby while we waited for the airport bus and he also provide us information about how to arrive to the airport form he's own initiative. The room was very comfortable and cozy. I really liked the theme of the hotel. They are cleaning the room daily. The women who do the cleaning even asked us if we need anything when she meet us on the hallway as we put the Do not disturb sign on the door. The hotel is close to a metro station, and you have a lot of stores in the neighborhood. There is a hipermarket just across the street.

Some things were a bit old and needed repair but it didn't bother me much. There was a ritmic sound in our bathroom side mostly in the daytime but i didn't hear it after I close bathroom door so I didn't even ask what it is.

Location is not at the very centre but it is close to Vatican. The stop of sitbus shuttle from the airport is very close and it took only arround 30min from the airport. Subway station to metro A is 5 minutes away. They are not serving breakfast but there are lots of options arround. Room was in good size and not cramped. Staff were very helpful.

There was a fridge in the room but it was turned off several times.

Very good value for money. The bed was comfortable and the area was not noisy. The receptionist was very nice, he helped us with everything.

Situated in a good area with metro station very close, shops and coffee shops. It has good security, very automated, everything is by acces card, reception was great price was very good, rooms were cleaned daily Very good wifi, great overall

Everything was ok, stuff was very polite and helpful, bathroom was clean, the room was small. It is close to SIT bus shuttle station so trip to Fiumicino airport was simple and easy. Close to good cafes and restaurant, Mc Donalds...

The floor was always cold, so maybe it would be nice to provide some slippers.

The location is convenient. Close to the subway station, the airport, and their are lots of restaurants nearby. The stuff was exceptional. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay.
