I could sum it up in one or rather in three words: WOW, WOW and WOW! First, the host, Monica is an incredible lovely and talented lady and it was a joy meeting her. I would go back just to talk with her more. Her dedication to create a perfect place shows. Attention is given to all details- I mean really, a box of reading glasses in how many colors??? If you need anything she thought about it, and she has it. The apartman was renovated with perfect taste- the modern details blend well with the historical area and the house. Of course, the apartman was neat and clean. We had a professional and responsive communication with Monica before arrival, and she gave us recommendation for restaurants both for dinner and breakfast. She also was very accommodating since we had to cut our stay short due to construction issues back at home. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it! Definitely we'll be back- Verona and Monica's place are both a GEM!

It was a perfect stay: close to the center, very clean, comfortable, good coffee. You can find everything you will ever need: a complete kitchen, good towels, bathrobe, hair dryer and even a hair straightener. Monica gave us very useful tips for our stay in Verona.

We were met on arrival by the lovely welcoming Monica. Who gave us loads of great Resturant, sites & shopping tips & recommendations . The apartment is beautiful in the most perfect central location about 2 minutes walk from the Arena. The apartment is wonderful, it is very secure, beautiful décor, spotlessly clean, gorgeous coffee, beds, linen, towels and extra touch of fluffy bathrobes & slippers. As we had a late flight Monica very kindly left us store our luggage for a few hours after check out. I would highly recommend this apartment and if ever returning to Verona this will be top of my list of where to stay

Nothing, we loved everything.

We loved everything, the apartment was so clean, well organized and spacious. The location doesn't get better than this, a very quiet street but just a few seconds walk from the center of action and just a few tens of meters from the best restaurants. There is a big clean closed court yard in the entrance of the building, secured by a huge gate that gave us a feeling of safety and security even when we let the kids out as the apartment is on ground floor. We just had everything we needed, such a great home to come back to every evening or just in the middle of the day when we got tired of walking. Washing machine which also works as a dryer was very convenient for us. The owner, Monica was very helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. She was always available by whatsapp or phone. We will definitely come back!

Everything was perfect

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Atto Primo. From the first time I fell in love with everything. First off all by the owner, Monica, who is a wonderful human being, with so much love in her heart and so much beauty that overflows into the apartment, the reception, the affection, the exquisite stay. Now I'm back with my family and the good feeling has only increased. This time we were all enchanted by everything. Again Monica was exceptional. The warmest (sincerely) welcome that makes us feel as if we were being welcomed by a member of the family. My children arrived and there was a "surprise" for them: the best ice cream in Verona. Have to say that the apartment is very very clean and comfortable . Soft and quality towels. the bed and sheets hug us at night, and it becomes difficult to wake up early 🥰. Every detail is thought out with best taste and perfection. Thank you, Monica, for making the world a better place... We will definitely be back many more times.

Absolutely the best place in Verona. I chose it based on the reviews so I want to confirm not only all reviews are true but the property still exceeded my expectations. This was my third stay in Verona and the location made it feel much better compared to the previous times. The host was exception so was the apartment. You have everything you can possibly need. Monica was an outstanding host. Met us outside when collecting the keys and showed us around. She also escorted us out of the town to the motorway at the end of our stay! That’s service. There is everything you need and of high quality. It is very quiet yet less than a minute away from the arena. Super comfortable bed. Nothing to fault.
