Very central location, no more than 5 minutes to Leaning Tower Pisa, other sights and restaurants. Room was huge and had everything we needed. Owner Nicolette Is lovely, great communication and friendly. Thank you.

This may have been our error but we found it a bit dark coming out of the lift to the apartment late at night and couldn't find the correct light switch - once we were in the apartment it was fine.

The communication was great with Nicoletta- and the room was great- seeing the Leaning Tower from the room was something special The location was ideal and we didn't hear any road noise. The room was spacious and there was a lift to use which was great with a heavy case. Nicoletta gave us good advice re getting to the airport for the next morning and the number of a taxi - it cost 23 euros but saved the much longer walk and Pisamover alternative

Some noise and light came in from outside but it is our fault not to have noticed they can actually close for light. I didnt even check so my fault.

Nicol is a great host! The airbnb is in the most perfect location. Clean, and Nicol even left us water and some croissaints.

Shared living room. And is not sound proof. So when you enter the appartment you need to be really quiet so you won’t disturb the other people staying in other rooms

The hotel was lovely and very close to the leaning tower. We received a discount for breakfast which was in a lovely little cafe bar restaurant and the food was delicious. Nicole was so friendly and communicated everything to us via WhatsApp as we arrived very late at night. Thank you.

Everything was perfect! I liked the fact that it is a property located in a very good area, you can't hear the noise from the street, and it has a unique personality and charm typical of historic buildings. The host is exceptional, attentive, and very reliable. When we return to Pisa, we will be happy to stay in the same place again.

The property was very spacious and accessible easily via a lift. We asked for glasses as there wasn’t any in the room, which was sorted quickly. This response was totally in keeping with the hosts communication and help, which was first class. Very comfy bed and we had a lovely stay

the beds were a bit on the older side and made some noise, but it wasn’t a major issue—just something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper.

We stayed here during my recent trip to Italy and truly appreciated the warm, authentic experience this place offers. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed—from offering local tips to arranging transportation. Their kindness made my stay even more memorable. I loved being close to all the action, yet having a peaceful place to return to in the evenings. The charm and character of the building really give you that classic Italian feel. That we had only booked 2 nights there.

It was a beautiful room with the most opulent big bathroom. It had a shower with body jets and a double ended bath. Lots of lovely character and in a great location in Pisa which was very quiet. Only a 4 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious. Lots of support was provided by the host too, very friendly and helpful.

The central location was superb, not too far from the station & in a quiet street. Our room was lovely, extremely quiet & comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful before our stay with sending instructions for entry to the property & allowed us to leave our luggage there on the day we left.
