Host upgraded us for free, we arrived quite late and he was so lovely. Room was immaculate. Terrace is beautiful.

Just the shower drainer was probably clogged so the water was going out of the shower.

It was located in the centre, near the shops, restaurants and cafes, and also the train station Lolli. It was really nice, clean and the view of the city from the 8th floor amazing. The AC and fridge were working very well. The bed was also comfortable.

Hotel Was nice, neat and clean. It was 5 min walk/200 meter far from to the main attraction of the city and local transport. Host was very nice. Would love to stay again if visit Plaermo.

Room was clean, well equipped, linen was excellent, kitchen facilities were very useful, building and staff were superb and location was excellent in a very nice neighbourhood, away from tourist hustle yet close enough to walk to. Lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance.

The only issue was that the AC wasn’t strong enough, so we felt a bit hot. Other than that, for the price we paid, it was a wonderful stay.

Amazing location! It’s in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance to the city center. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful place. Francesco is an excellent host—he reached out to us before we arrived, made sure we had all the details, and followed up closely during our stay.

Francesco is very helpful host. The room was comfortable for one person and very clean. I especially enjoyed the terrace at the evening which was very relaxing.

Great location, easy check-in and comfortable. Side nite: unfortunately the air conditioning wasn't working (and it was a Sunday) just as I was checked in and the host was wonderful about it. I did spend half a day in the room which was clean, large and the terrace has a lovely view.

The location was great! Grocery store and many restaurants and cafes near by. Good walking to many of the sights. I felt safe in the neighborhood traveling solo. Francesco and Rosella were great!

You could hear noises from the other rooms and the hallway. It's called B&B, but it's without breakfast. We knew that, but it's still in the description on booking.com, so this should be changed.

Francesco and the stuff were very friendly and helpful. He sent us many information before our arrival and spoke English well. The room was clean and there was a fridge and a balcony. There was an extra room with a coffee machine, chairs and tables, so we could have our breakfast there. On the last day, it was possible to leave our luggage there for a few hours.

The owners met me on arrival and explained everything about the accommodation and Palermo very well. Loved the location, near to the centre but just back in a quiet area. A short 10 minutes from the Lolli train strain station to and from the airport. I had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

There was a disturbing machine noise in the bathroom and the walls were so thin you could hear everything from the other rooms. Than it was the noise from the AC from the other rooms plus the minifridge. If you are a bad sleeper like me, you will hear everything, you should take some ear plugs. It would be a good idea to isolate the walls between the rooms. We stayed in the second room on the right side so the noise was coming from both rooms next door. The size of the room was a bit too small for a couple and a large luggage. Everytime we had to close back the luggage and lift it up to have space to get to the bathroom. In the bathroom the water is leaking everywhere, at the shower and at the sink too. A plumber could fix this quickly. On the last day the cleaning lady knocked on the door at 9:45 to ask if this the room she has to clean. This is something you do not do. If check out is at 10:30 than you should not disturb the guests before, you should know which rooms you have to clean. Ah and another suggestion would be to change the coffee machine, it is not working properly and put some bottled water for the guests. The water in the glass bottles had a strange smell and taste.

The apartment is in a good neighbourhood, close to the centre and the bus station. The room was very clean and nice.Cleaning was made on a daily basis. The owners were helpful and let us leave the luggages there on the first and last day.

The room was very clean and well furnished with a little desk, wardrobe, AC. It included an access to a balcony with nice views of Palermo. Francesco is also very considerate, a great communicator and he also gave me a great recommendation of a restaurant which you will find right in front of the building (and where I had the best pizza): Sapurito.
