Poor breakfast. Hotel offered parking which we initially thought that the parking fee is either included in the booking fee or free. Finally we parked in a garage, 10 minutes walking distance, 25 EUR/day.

The Air-conditioning was not working well and it was extremely hot ! When I asked the staff about it, there was nothing they could do to help. So it was a bit disappointing....

the room was not soundproof at all, you could easily hear the conversations in the hall. Poor breakfast: only a coffee and a croissant. And these were served in a restaurant almost 1 km away.

We stayed at the facility for 3 days. During this time, they said that "room cleaning" would be done every day. There was no card on the card stating that we did not want it. They only made the bed for 3 days but did not change the linens and towels. I would expect them to at least vacuum the room a little. The cleanliness was quite good when I entered the room, but I was not satisfied with it in the following days. I left my perfume bottle on my nightstand, but when I returned to the room, there were clearly traces of my perfume spray on the nightstand and the bottle was wet. I guess they used it, but I have no evidence. Do not have high expectations for breakfast, because you are only allowed a croissant and coffee. And only one.

The location was very good, we could easily reach everywhere by walking. There were many parking lots nearby to park our car. The hotel's bathroom was very modern, the bed was comfortable and the mini refrigerator cooled well.

Doors are SUPER loud as everyone needs to use a keycard to Buzz in, you hear a loud buzz and door slam every time someone enters and exits the area where the rooms are.

Great location right at the square in Old Town Lecce. Modern amenities in room, AMAZING shower! Great room and location. Elevator fast and nice amenity. Good guy in breakfast spot with cafe and croissant

Bed and pillows were a bit lumpy. Rubbish piled up in entrance downstairs. Gave a bad impression of the place.

Horrible conditions regarding cleaning - there was no cleaning at all, leave aside daily cleaning, we didn't receive proper cleaning for 5 days, towels were changed only when we asked to do so. Poor quality breakfast - the bar is not far away, but one of the places of Lecce that you would never go deliberately, only couple of options of croissants (not tasty & not fresh) and coffee.

Location was very central, the view of the room was great. Rooms are newly decorated and spacious.

Second day, they did not clean the room at all. The cafe they offered breakfast there was nothing. There are lots of good cafe there and they sent us the worst one

It is noisy as the floor beneath is doing renovation. The reception on the 2nd day was cold And they do not have left luggage service after check out which is inconvenient The air-conditioning in the room was noisy Breakfast at the bar they gave voucher was very substandard . The pastry was dry and the ambience was not good . I wrote them twice before arrival asking about check in and left luggage and they never responded

Parking. Hotel offered parking which we initially thought that it is included in the booking fee. As it turned out that it is a 10 minute walk paid parking. Free parking area is 20 minutes away from the accomodation. The doorbuzzes are quite loud which we found disturbing during the night. It is not well isolated. Breakfast is off-site. Within 5 minutes walking distance and mediocre.

Room looks just like the picture, bed is quite comfortable, location is amazing, just exactly in the historical city centre where everything is within walking distance (restaurants, bars and the monuments).

The shaggy entrance was difficulty to find. Breakfast in a bar, not at the hotel, was very tiny.

In six days, the room was never cleaned. They only poorly made the bed. Not even towels on the floor were changed. If it was a 2-day stay that wouldn’t be a problem, but in six days, that’s not acceptable in my opinion. The breakfast is not actually at the hotel, a small coffee and a small pastry, that’s it. On booking it was highlighted as a place with a parking: don’t count on that, there’s no parking, not even an agreement with a private parking. You park at the streets nearby at your own cost. Pillows not comfortable at all, too thin. My bf even ended up with a sore neck during our holidays. Reception is not available 24/7. We had an issue with the credit card used in our reservation and the hotel never replied us.

Location is fantastic and the room looks recently renovated. Shower is great.

A lot of noise everywhere! The square is loud until 1 am at least, and you hear the music as if it was in the room with you. At the hotel the sound of the toilet for all the rooms and the sound of the bip opening the doors wake you up all night!!
