We arrived late in the evening and left early in the morning, so there was no staff to provide any information – just the key left at the reception. The room itself was clean, but instead of a proper duvet there was only a sheet. Extra blankets were in the wardrobe, but unfortunately they smelled very bad. The room had only a sink and no toilet. Normally, using the shared bathroom would not be a problem, but in this case the strong smell of urine made it almost impossible to take a shower – it was simply awful. Parking was also inconvenient, as we had to leave the car somewhere on the street.

The first thing is it needs some bathroom renovation. Some repainting walls would be a great start. The second it needs air conditioning. This small one does not work like a proper air conditioner.

Its a nice 2 star hotel but it needs some upgrade and renovarion.

There was no one at reception. The hotel was locked. We were eventually let in by one of the guests. Our key was on the desk with a note about how to get to another place down the road where we were to sleep, so it wasn't in the hotel. A man outside told us not to leave anything in the car or it would be broken into. We were concerned about the safety in the area and the bathroom window couldn't lock. The place smelt a little musty.

They catered for all 5 of us in one apartment. The beds were made up nicely for us and there was a fridge and kitchen and nice big bathroom.

A/C not working - it wasn’t very clear very hot in Pisa those days and I was pregnant; we called the number provided by the hotel - very rude answer and nothing helpful saying the A/C does not work until June. Bathroom outside of the room - it wasn’t very clear on the description. Window with no blinders or blackout - there was a a street lamp right on the window which proved difficult to sleep with light directly pointed to us.

It was bit confusing with parking and had language barrier at first ( totally our fault not being able to speak Italian) . Rol’s were very clean . Receptionist spoke very good English. Coffe was delicious 😋

For the price I paid it was reasonable compared to other accommodations. 10 minutes walk took us to the main tourist attraction s. When I book I filtered for free parking this hotel was listed. Unfortunately it was not free however getting to know Italy parking is a nightmare I was greatful that hotel had parking spots outside with the charge of 15euro a day .

Arrived at the accommodation and it was all in darkness with alarms gojng off, Nobody there to assist, collected key and all power and water was off so not a good first impression. Finally lights returned early hours of morning, was kept updated but would have appreciated someone being there.

The bathroom is outside of the room so not very practical to get to in the middle of the night and the water in the shower was not vey warm. It was a cold night when I stayed and the room was not very cozy. My blanket had a few dodgy stains but I had to use it anyway as I didn’t have other options and no one was in reception.

Location was great. I was looking for a cheap and safe place for 1 night so it worked well for me.

The bedroom was cold during the night, and the only blanket provided was too thin. I needed to sleep with my jacket, which was a bit uncomfortable (it was 2°C that night). Even though there was a private bathroom, it was a bit far from the bedroom. Waking up during the night to go to the toilet, or forgetting something in the bedroom when going for the shower, can be a bit annoying as there was a loooong corridor to walk from the bedroom to the bathroom.

Well located close to the train station. 15min walking from main places you may want to visit. Self check-in/out worked well.

To me, it was more of a hostel than a hotel and was OK for one night. It seemed expensive for what you got. Breakfast was €5pp for a croissant, juice and hot drink. We walked to the nearby supermarket and bought croissants for €1.30 each and a large juice to share.

Great location, midway from the train station and the main Pisa sights. It only took 30 minutes to walk to the airport. The rooms were OK if all you intend to do is sleep in them. We had a room with a shared bathroom which consisted of 2 toilets, one of which included a shower. It was a short walk down a corridor. I never had to wait to use it. Our 2nd room had a private bathroom but not ensuite. I expected it to be opposite the bedroom but it was actually approx 10m down the corrider. Wifi was good.
