How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

We liked everything but I will write some improvements suggestions. I suggest to put one more shelf in the bathroom and hooks to hang used towels. Another suggestion is to remove one of the activity where small kids have to be out of the pool before 1900. This happened only one time during our week stay, but in my opnion the activity was not fun for the kids.
The hotel have so many interesting activities for families with kids from aprox. 10am to 11pm, great palygrounds, good breakfast and free cold drinks. The staff was very friendly and we loved our stay.

They have activities for children and it’s very loud until late in the night. The sink was clogged. There is no fridge in the room.
The room was clean. It was close to the sea. They had elevator which made carrying the luggage very easy. There was parking available. One minute away from the sea.

wonderful place, very clean, very close the beach. great beachside cabana area.
this is a hotel for families with small children. they are great but might be a bit confusing for adults without children

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist just handed us the key without any explanation. Since we couldn’t find the room, we went back to the reception, and only then she said that there is another building. She didn’t even bother to tell us where it was—after a bit of argument, she reluctantly got up and showed us. We were not given any information about the hotel bar, restaurant, entertainment hours, or the pool. Supposedly it’s a family-friendly hotel, but there was no one to take care of the children, and the employees generally looked unfriendly. We didn’t join the animation activities. Even though breakfast had a lot of variety, it was tasteless.

I didn't like the breakfast, too much sweets.
Me and my family liked everything about this hotel, there is no better place to stay in Misano whit kids as well as in Cicero Hotel. Hier is party all day, all night. Simple the best!

Nothing not to like
We have used this hotel for several years as a stopover on our way to the port of Ancona. The staff are great, breakfast has always been good, parking is good. Hotel exceptionally clean.

Insonorisation of the rooms is a nightmare. It is like sleeping without doors, you hear all noise, voices and movements coming from the other rooms, corridoors and people. Staff is fantastic, especially Angelo.

Everything about the hotel is magic. It is one of the best family hotels we have ever stayed at. There is so much for children to do, the staff are fantastic, the food is amazing. It’s really the best holiday experience for families.

My stay was in January. Unfortunetly there was very cold in the hotel. The corridor where my room (241) was, was very cold - no heating. In my room there was a mould in the bathroom, old dust (2cm) on the ceiling fan, there was leakage from shower, electrical heating in the bathroom falling from the wall and heated only for some time - it was cold in the night. But that would be nothing compared of the air condition in my room. The room was cold, despite I programmed aircoindition for 24oC it was max 20-21 oC in my room. At 5 o'clock in the morning aircondition started to do a VERY loud sound! I asked in the morning the reception to fix it. Next night it suddenly went OFF, (reception was closed in the night) and when is start working again with a very loud sound - I coudln't sleep, I had to settle lawest temperature - than the sound was the lightest. I am very disapointed that hotel didn't do anything with this problem, especcialy that we had one spare room booked, because one person couldn't come, and hotel didn't propose me that room. They didn't propose anything for this inconveniences.
Localization was ok. Staff in reception was nice, when they were present.
