Location was perfect.

The state other guests left the bathroom in.

The appartment is very close to the train station, and in walking distance from Verona Arena. It was great to have refrigerator and coffee machine in the room.

It would be nice to have a working air conditioner in the room, as it was extremely hot during summer.

Airco!!!! The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice rain shower. Luckily, it was easy to access the room because we arrived late at night.

One of the sinks was leaking too much during our stay.

It was great, that in the room we had air conditioning a small fridge, and also coffee machine. The bed was fine and also i liked that we had free toilet paper

I didnt liked that the bathroom was shared. They didnt have mosquito nets. And also they didnt tell us that we need to pay tourist tax. The charged us 3.50e per night per person.

Location. Large comfortable room with fridge and kettle no tv. Lovely big bathrooms with choice of bath or shower.

Electricity went of in the night so no air conditioning and unable to open electric shutters (total darkness till power restored at 9am). Hotel informed by all guest of situation but no staff were on site. No idea why this happened and no apology.

We liked the bed because it was comfortable, we just had to move it under the air conditioning that barely worked to be able to sleep cool in a city with high temperatures. The bathrooms are fine but in one of them in the shower only cold water came out.

The air conditioning did not work, we never saw the remote control, when consulting they inform us that we had to knock on the door of other guests and that they lend us theirs every time we needed it. The only guest came to turn it on or change the temperature according to his disposition and took it away. We were a few hours in the afternoon and the light cut off like five and it was not a general cut, they came to knock on our door and said it was because of our air they changed the temperature and left it hotter never refreshed. The shower in one of the bathrooms only had cold water. They never responded to our claims but when we left they asked us to pay the taxes that we kindly left

I liked the room and the furniture! The location was also great and near to the center of Verona.

The bed was a little bit unstable.

perfect location to walk from the train station and into the town. beds very comfy, shared bathroom clean and well equipped. as a solo-travelller check in was easy and I felt safe.
