The location was great. The location was great. The room was clean. The furniture was charming, and it was clear that care had been taken over the details. The communal dining room was well-equipped and even though we only stayed one day, I could imagine spending a week here.

This property is in an amazing location, right on Verona's main shopping street, which makes getting around incredibly easy. You'll find it super convenient for exploring the city's attractions on foot. What really stood out was our host, who was genuinely one of the most polite and helpful we've ever encountered. Their exceptional hospitality truly enhanced our stay. I wholeheartedly recommend this location for your visit to Verona.

Location was perfect it is in very centre so it is basically close to everything..it is also only 25min walk from train and bus station

I really appreciated all of the common room amenities, including laundry, coffee, and even a computer with a printer. The room was also gorgeous with an enormous gilded mirror in it. Highly recommend!

Excellent place near Piazza Erbe and tower, quiet spacious room with charm of Verona, ability to use kitchen, bathroom was in the corridor but I could use it alone. Air conditioning, it was too cold during the day but was turned off or lower at night which was good to sleep in comfortable temperature. Coffee in the kitchen and snacks in the room, also found cornetto for breakfast :)

the staff were just never ever present. like no one is there. you just leave your key in your room to check out and are given codes to check in. which would be fine if it was a hostel but for the price and the fact that it’s a hotel/b&b you’d expect better

It was a bit of a challenge to get access initially. I would have liked the option to get some breakfast (more than a cup of coffee!). I couldn’t tell whether we were ok to use the kitchen or not, so we didn’t.

Location was brilliant - easy walk to everything in the old city in Verona. The check in was very easy and great instructions of how to get there from the train station. The room decor is lovely and everything was spotless and clean, including our external bathroom.

There was nothing not to like, maybe a few more packs of standard coffee in the room but that's just being picky!

The location was perfect, lots of little side streets to explore and very close to the Arena. The accommodation is lovely, very quirky and clean and a large comfortable bed to collapse into after a long day exploring!!

there was no one emptied the dustbins in the room during our stay for 3 days.

extremely convenient location, in the midst of all attraction and the close proximity to the arena as we were seeing AIDA in the arena.Plenty of coffee facility. if you are expecting B&B service like UK, there isn’t one. there was no one around to prepare breakfast. you had to make do with coffee and a pastry , last day there was no pastry. we stayed 3 nights.

coffee machine didn’t work well in room, kitchen one isn’t that great either (taste-wise but that’s subjective). Also private bathroom is in corridor so you have to leave your room to go to your private bathroom.

Sounds travelled easily from the other rooms, during the night it was really cold (made me miss my hot water bottle). Also, the Wi-Fi was unsecured.

The place is super close to the center! And spacious. A private bathroom was also a nice touch. And there was a Wi-Fi.

The breakfast choice was quite poor, only chocolate and some sweet croissants. We would have loved salty options too.

The outdoor private bathroom has no window and smells. I believe that price could be a bit lower for a room with bathroom outside

The common space was a little dark and closed, I would try to design it in a more inviting way. The light in the hallway kept going out so we had to leave the room with a flashlight (but it's probably also our fault that we didn't understand the mechanism). Most of the time it was too hot in the room.

The room was lovely, the toilet and shower were comfortable. The place was clean. The location was wonderful! I recommend.
