We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Affordable hotel, clean bed sheets and towels. Check-in is 24/7, so that is very flexible

Room and corridor smelling, walls of the room stained with water damage, chairs stained of coffee, no proper AC in the room they provided a small portable ventilator instead. Pool area was closed couldn’t go even next to the pool sitting. Towels where thin as paper ( never saw towels like that) , shampoo and shower gel not provided in the shower. We had to go and by from a super market the shower gel. Advertised as 4 star but we where struggling to understand why this hotel is a 4 star!!! Maybe 40 years ago !

NetherlandsRooms are very outdated with broken facilities. Hallways smells like smoke and found some stains and other nasty things I didn’t want to see. Next to that I had to give back the key to reception when I wanted to leave which I find very strange. This was because “there is big trouble if I loose it”.

United KingdomThe two first night the room was cold ,because the heater wasn’t working after that the heater started working but timer which was just working during the night . Then the water wasn’t hot . The Wi-Fi is not strong enough anytime you are watching YouTube or Netflix the Wi-Fi just go off which I decided to use my data .

GermanyStreet noise, lack of adequate isolation, I woke up repeatedly at night. Bathroom shower low pressure and rusty. The man in the morning reception is bad. You think he is the customer. He talks loudly. He watches YouTube and laughs out loud while we were sitting on the seats waiting the cleaning ladies. He treats you like a thief. You want to steal the room key. Lack of tact. The pillows are small and uncomfortable and the carpets are not clean. Insects on the floor and in the mattress. Lightening is dark in the room. I am surprised that it is rated with 4 stars!!
Reception in the night was friendly. Bathroom is clean.
